If you, like me, stopped going to Batata for a time because their food and service seemed to decline a few years ago, I recommend you revisit soon… food and service was excellent the last 3 times I ordered. I have been going to Batata since it opened many years ago and through all of its changes. A few years ago, it seemed that mostly some high school kids were working and always messed up our orders and had awful customer service skills. I gave up on eating there for a time, but recently revisited to find everything excellent once again.

Really wanted to love Batata, they have some great menu options - but, have found the consistency is not always there and they (really) need to be more careful with their prep procedures as we found a large piece of cut plastic in our wrap, that after rinsing off appears to be part of a condiment container.

My wife and I come here all the time. Great food and people. They have something to satisfy vegans to omnivores.
We eat there often because the food is consistent and tastes good. Can't really speak to anything but the mobster and the half and half because that's all I get. But it's great, always ready in like 10-15 min and delicious.

We catered the BBQ package & had the ribs, wings & pulled pork. Also had mac/cheese, grilled veggies, cole slaw, cornbread & more. There was more than enough food & everything tasted delicious. Owner Nicole was very accommodating & it was packed perfectly. I heartily recommend this place!!❤️.
