It’s very dirty and dark in there. The service is always horrible just underage girls who are always rude and barely keeping it together. They would skip people waiting on line for people with mobile orders that weren’t already prepared wasting everyone’s time. Plain and simple this place just sucks

Highly recommend this spot for all vegan and lactose intolerant folks. This is the only carvel that I know of that carries oatly dairy-free ice cream. We tried the vegan pistachio soft serve and it was probably one of the best desserts ever. This flavor goes perfect in a cone. She also had dairy-free (vegan) hard ice cream flavors including cookies and cream and peanut butter with some sort of chunks. Will be returning to try more flavors. There really is not advertisement that this spot has vegan options, so I wanted to write a review to let everyone know!

I order a sundae pistachio and it’s like it was too dark I tasted like pistachio soda not ice cream the last time it was lighter like milk was added and it was great they really need too watch when making the pistachio soft serve it great when done right I was really disappointed in this purchase

I ordered a chocolate milkshake, and got chocolate milk instead. Their milkshakes are so watery don’t waste your money coming here.
