Celebrating our anniversary we were seated at a very small table for two. Bread with butter and oil was placed on the table but no bread plates were provided so we had to hold the bread or rest it on the table top. The food was excellent as was the service.

Very mixed review. Food and service were excellent. The issue was the bar was packed with patrons thinking they were in their backyard. Loud and getting louder by the minute . Small and quaint store front restaurant Nice menu but it's no pub. Unless pretending to be. Was a nice visit for pre theater dinner but not worth returning if the bar clientele drown out what should and could have been a nice dinner. Disappointing.

The appetizers were amazing. The tuna poke was delicious should have only ordered one and shared it was huge! Our dinners were ok, the stuffed chicken breast was good however the prosciutto on the outside was very tough and hard to cut. The ahi tuna dinner looked frozen. Otherwise service was excellent!

Delicious food in a lively neighborhood spot right on Main Street in Northport. The Tuna Tartare appetizer was a winner, as well as our entrees.

Our first time here. The food was incredible. Our fish choices were cooked to perfection. The service was excellent and we could have a conversation without shouting at each other. I highly recommend Harbor House.

Restaurant was very small and very noisy. Table for 2 was too small to fit everything on. I felt cramped eating. Food and service was great.

Another nice visit for dinner. Our table was ready, the service and food were great. My husband had the tuna appetizer and I had the warm spinach salad. Both were tasty. For our entrees we had the grouper (my favorite) and the chicken wrapped in prosciutto. Both were nicely prepared and delicious. They offer a generous pour of wine which is appreciated because a lot of places do not. We are locals and will be returning soon!

Outstanding service and every dish we tried was chef's kiss. The flavors and the actual quality of the meat, seafood and vegetables were off the charts fresh and delicious!

Harbor House never ceases to delight, with impeccable service, warm & friendly staffers, attentive to every detail. The Doordash experience is equally marvelous, as each dish is prepared to perfection - try the scrumptious ahi tuna or salmon, the divine simplicity of their filet of sole, or treat yourself to the best lobster roll south of Maine - warm, overstuffed & fresh from the sea. Harbor House is on auto-repeat for our family, both dine-in and lazy DoorDash nights at home. Gotta run, doorbell!

This was our first visit to this lovely restaurant. We were greeted warmly as we entered and seated immediately. Our server was wonderful. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The baked clams were delicious as was the spinach salad. We ordered the red snapper special and the grouper and both were delicious. For dessert the chocolate mousse and crème brûlée really topped off the meal. This was our first visit but will not be our last. I have already recommended Harbor House to my friends.

My sister and I enjoyed lunch at Harbor House yesterday before going to a show at the Engeman theater. We arrived for our reservation at 12 pm and were sat right away. I ordered the titos mango lemonade, and my sister had a glass of their pino noir. I did not like my cocktail and ended up ordering the same wine as my sister. The waiter knew right away that i didn't like the cocktail and took it off the bill. I thought that was super nice of them. I ordered it and didn't like it, not their fault. i expected to pay, and I was pleasantly surprised when the bill came.
Aside from the regular menu, they had a prix fix menu that my sister and I ordered from. It wasn't mentioned on their website.

I had a broccoli and cheese soup for my starter. It was super cheesy and silky and delicious. I thought it could use a little salt and pepper, but otherwise, it was really good. I had the blackened tuna with vegetable couscous for the main. It was a rather small portion, but it ended up being the perfect amount. The sauce that came with the tuna was so good and was served on the side.
My sister had a couscous salad with beets and dried cranberries with a lemon vinaigrette that she really enjoyed. She even liked the beats, and she hates beats. For her main, she ordered a sausage and broccoli rabe pasta with canelini beans. She didn't really care for the sausage but couldn't really put her finger on why. She just ate around it.

We did not partake in the desert because we had a show to catch. I would definitely return. It was a wonderful experience.
