We haven't been to LaPorta in such a long while. Our son would go there as a teen and meet with his friends all the time there. We always knew he was safe. So last evening we had a performance and couldn't celebrate our anniversary, so tonight I said lets go to the "new" LaPorta! Well, I sure made the right choice. The food was simply AMAZING! The newly designed restaurant was beautiful. We highly recommend and try the pistachio cheesecake to top off your perfect...

Super beautiful restaurant with extraordinary wood burning pizza oven with a real Sicilian chef and the other chef extremely nice all very friendly and welcoming especially the owner Rob. Service impeccably executed. I highly recommend this now over any other restaurant in town. The pizza was outstanding. Arugula salad with goat cheese delicious.

Glad we invested in the wait. Overall good. Food and service was good. Can't wait to try more dishes next time. The one disappointment was the chocolate flourless cake tasted stale. Would normally give less stars for ending on a bad note but giving benefit of doubt that next time will be a strong finish.
