Way too expensive for the quality. Been here multiple times and overheard employees being short and plain rude to customers while serving overpriced less than average deli food. Charged $2 more for avocado that was literally brown. And the blonde woman taking an older man’s order today was incredible rude over and over again doing “what do you want what do you want” like give the man a second? The store wasn’t even busy. Went in today saying this was their “last shot” and won’t be back. This nasty wrap was $15 made by a rude employee. Multiple other delis 5 minutes or less away from this one- go there instead.

Order a chicken cutlet sandwich with bacon. Chicken was cold and severely undercooked. Cheese not melted, just slapped on the roll. Not to mention they charge $16 and change for a chicken cutlet sandwich on a roll. Better options in the area.
Sandwich was fine the chips that came with the sandwich or stale

They don’t show you cash versus credit price but then tack on a 4% fee if you do pay credit. Very shady.

The catering was the only option available for the hall we rented. I will admit I was nervous, but WOW for the price I’m blown away by the quality of food. I’ve always loved the deli, but I had no idea this establishment was able to produce world-class food. Set up and service also handsomely beat expectations- would use again and recommend highly

Friends of mine had to use them because they rented VFW hall in Northport. 1 week before the day they up the price 10 a person and added a 12% fee for set up...very unprofessional. I will never use them.shame on you !!!!

We recently had to use Northport Deli as our caterer for our mother’s funeral as they were the only option available to us through the hall we were using. Five days before the event they raised the price $10/per person and added a set up fee of 12% on the total cost on top of the usual sales tax. The set up consisted of 6 tables and chairs and tablecloths and setting up the food. None of the cost involved the one wait staff we were given as they were paid separate from the caterer. The food was okay and the wait staff was adequate but the fact that they took advantage of us cannot be ignored. I would never recommend Northport Deli to anyone and will never give them my business again.
Forced to use them for a funeral luncheon by the rental hall. Everything was fine until they changed the price at the last minute (increased by $10 per person) and threw in a 12% ‘set up fee’ that I was never told about. The food was fine and the server was good but the cost left a bad taste in my mouth. Will never use them again.
Been getting the same Johnny T order here for 15 years, and over the last year or two the product has gotten almost inedible. There’s either overcooked or old chicken being used, bacon that isn’t cooked and you can’t even eat, or something else but it seeks like it’s always something. It used to consistently be the best sandwich around, and after coming back after bad experiences multiple times I’m definitely moving to north shore deli down the road now.

4% “operating fee” is now applied to all orders. Bold to charge an operating fee in a state where there’s a deli every mile or two. Another case of greed.
