Madz and Brian were so kind and truly made my day, as I was greeted when I walked in, with such warmth and politeness, which is rare nowadays. I had the best apple crumb and the zucchini bread is a must! I will be coming to this specific location just for the service!

Cute place...Small, clean, local.
Egg sandwich was tasty. Coffee was good 👍
Prices ..about average.
No long wait for the food.
Wayyy better than Starbucks.
Would likely revisit again.

Love their cold brew but matcha was just average in quality. Will be sticking to the coffee.

It took 25 minutes to fulfill my order. The cashier did not listen to our requests. We clearly stated what we wanted twice, yet he still forgot the second item we ordered and charged us for it without providing a receipt. The young man was rude and seemed indifferent; he came across as smug and arrogant. Additionally, the cost of the items was extremely high.

The coffee made in their café is typically very good. Their ground coffee, however, is not good. It's extremely acidic. I cannot use their ground coffee with milk alternatives because it will curdle coconut milk and cashew milk due to how acidic it is. This is frustrating considering how expensive their ground coffee is.

Amazing coffee and sandwiches, but it’s too bad they don’t add a few small tables. It’s a tiny place but there’s easily room for a few without creating a safety hazard. Perfect atmosphere for hanging out. The baristas there are awesome!

Coffee was okay. Maybe 3.5 stars. A lot of foam milk then coffee. No seating. Maybe outdoors.
Small very cute cafe in heart of Northport Village. Scone was as good as any I ever had, including London. Once you have their coffee, you will not go back to Starbucks, in my opinion. Once in a while you get someone at the counter who's not having a good day, but who doesn't? Don't tell too many people about this place. I love the easy in, easy out and their high quality products. It's my go-to.

The coffee shop’s atmosphere is always
great and the cashier was lovely to us, but the food and coffee were horrendous to say the least. The mocha was unsweetened and the avocado toast was atrocious. I’ve had the avocado toast a couple of years ago and it was pretty good, but this time it both made my sister and I sick. There was a bunch of seeds on it, dried up tomatoes, and grass on it. We both had no idea that the avocado toast had this stuff, and both me and her had to scoop off a lot of things from the toast before we could actually eat it. The other atrocious thing are the prices. We collectively got two mocha lattes and two avocado toasts, and guess what? We paid 50 dollars for it. 50 dollars for breakfast food?? That’s outrageous. Until you guys have better food/drinks for cheaper, I’m going to stick to Copenhagen for breakfast.

Southdown Coffee is the GOAT for real. People make fun of third wave coffee shops saying they are expensive or "weird" but the ironic thing is Southdown is literally the same price as most chain coffee places but you get 20x better drinks and products, the black coffee is also always a very good bean and brew that is just so darn tasty! Espresso also hits so well, Espresso shots are pricey everywhere but if you had choose one for the same price from a chain vs here, Uh please go to Southdown you get quality for the same price! Matcha drinks are awesome and a fan favorite for sure, but that tonic is just so awesome, seasonal things are also so darn good like the maple latte! Not a fan of sugar or sweet things in my coffee, yes I am one of those coffee people but I have to say they really make some great recipes for drinks here!
The workers are all awesome here, extremely nice but not fake, after I graduate if I can't find a job I would not be afraid to work here it seems the crew is great and the owner of all the locations is a cool human. Also try some of the food, scones are awesome!
Anyway just wanna say again I love Southdown and even if you like typical Italian espressos' like Lattes, Cappuccinos etc., you will taste a true quality and craftsmanship difference here!

They have so many healthy ingridients, love it! I had the strawberry matcha latte which was delicious and my husband had a coffee that was also really good. The food was awesome and you can tell the quality is there! Fast service, food was ready pretty quick! Friendly people too! Will definitely be back!
