I love people watching , but I finally had to pull my eyes away from the constant flow of cars and people lining up for coffee and get on with my day. Plus I was done at the BOA..

Despite all the negative reviews on here, I think this location does well. Even when understaffed employees work to their best ability to get everyone’s orders out fast. My drinks are always great from here. Thanks guys!

Come here a lot. People are real nice who work here. Pleasant. My only complaint is that you get coffee only 2 ways. Either DARK or very LIGHT. That's it! It's a shame to get coffee that's all milk when you're dropping 5 bucks. It doesn't matter how you order, little "half and half" or "not dark but not light please" or "not too light" This place is hardly ever a hit but always a miss. Workers are nice but their skills on making a simple coffee is awful. 3 stars cause they are nice and friendly.

The person they have working at the store is name is Ewan what is rugae nasty wouldn’t help me with my problem about a drink it had no taste. All I wanted was a new one and he was making a big deal out of this. I was nice polite but this guy I would not have working for me and I own several companies and if I had somebody like him he’ll be out the door.

They've been FAR more busy ever since they moved to the new location but their service has been good for the most part. I came in the other day and received a friendly "Good morning" almost immediately! One of the baristas talked to me for a little while about my drink and answered some questions I had. Very nice people working there.
Place is filthy. There has been a shirt left on the floor of the patio for 5 days. Not sure why not one employee has not thought that maybe they should pick it up. Food all over tables and floor. Just messy!!

The worst Starbucks ever.Wait on the drive thru lane is always 20 minutes. And then you wait at the window for another 20 while they try and figure out what you ordered and then go make it. And how do you not have whip cream?!

ORIGIN:After many years in a shotgun-style shopping strip location down the road, Starbucks-Northport significantly remodeled a former gas/auto repair station and opened for business in spring 2023.LOCATION:The new site has many benefits and one drawback. There is now a drive through window, two interior seating areas, and a pergola-covered outside patio area that is fitted with fans and hanging light bulbs.The interior design is stunning, with windows streaming sunlight from three sides. While visiting I observed a group of eight teenage girls "studying" for the NYS Regents Spanish exam, something the original site did not invite.Despite the expanded space, including ten tables in the patio area alone, the coffee shop parking lot is limited to fourteen spaces -- AND they flank the drive through entrance line! This can make backing up more dangerous, and at times impossible.SERVICE:The location is well-staffed, although many might be new given the location's status.TIP:To some extent the location is accessible via two thoroughfares. On Laurel Road there is a ramp and staircase on the opposite side of the Fort Salonga/25A parking lot entrance. Street side parking on Laurel Road may be an easy option.There are parking lots associated with other businesses which may permit short term parking (at least for now), including two with cut throughs between Laurel Road and Fort Salonga Road/25A. In fact, while I enjoyed my morning cappuccino on the patio I observed a neighboring deli employee shamelessly carry her Starbucks coffee into work!
