Looking for a new restaurant to try, my wife came across Tap & Tapas just outside of downtown Northport. We arrived right before our reservation and were greeted warmly & allowed to choose our preferred seat outside on their lovely patio.
The menu + specials had an amazing mix of vegetarian / vegan options, I would say close to 50% of their menu was at least vegetarian, which was very welcome.
We got a mix of tapas & shared a pitcher of their classic red sangria. We shared patatas bravas, beets in goat cheese, a cheese charcuterie board, marinated olives, and ended with a pistachio cheese cake. The food was all clearly fresh & of high quality, very delicious. The staff was all warm & inviting & attentive to our needs throughout our evening.
We both left thoroughly impressed and full of delicious tapas with plans to return again.

Ramon's food was delicious. We ordered the mushroom tapas, Tortilla palate, Jamon Croquette and shrimp with Garlic and the goat cheese cheesecake which were all extremely yummy.

The food was absolutely incredible! We tried many dishes: patatas bravas, the Pan Tomate, the hummus, and so much more! Didn't love the dates, but everything else was great! Service was a little slow, we got there not long after opening so they were likely trying to catch up, but waiting for our check took a while. A fantastic date night spot!
