Enjoyed a family meal here (including small kids) and were taken care of very nicely. We all enjoyed our food and drinks very much and the portions were large enough that we took home a lot. The kids were treated nicely and our whole experience was enjoyable. Would go back.

Lunch was a bust! Went with the special and chose French Onion soup with Chicken Parm Sandwich. The soup was SOOOO salty. The chef needs to taste what he is cooking!! The sandwich was burnt. YES! Burnt! The chefs needs to look at what he is plating before it goes out. Luckily the staff is excellent, the service was the best part of my lunch.

We had eaten at Vespa in the past and enjoyed our meals so when my wife received a take out offer of $55 for enough food for 4 people we decided to take advantage of it. We ordered the deal for 3 people and it is actually enough food for 6, aside from the salad. The best part about the deal is the food was very good. We ordered the Caesar salad (enough for 4), The penne Bolognese, and the Chicken Marsala. All very good with lots of leftovers for lunch and dinner today.

This spot is a spot I am rooting for! It's a newish place in my town and the meals I've had there have been hit and miss at dinner but no absolute bombs. That said, lunch the was a huge disaster. Soup was salty and sandwich was burnt! Chef needs to taste and look at his food before it leaves the kitchen. Our server was wonderful and it was the bright spot of the meal.

Terrible. Went for Happy Hour and sat at the bar. Bartender handed us Happy Hour Menu. It was so greasy I did not want to touch it. Ordered the pizza and caprese. There were 4 other people at the bar so not busy. Bartender proceeded to put down filthy stained placemats for our food. Pizza had no flavor, like eating a piece of cardboard, sauce had no flavor as well. Caprese was ok. I observed bartender trying to ice down a wine glass by scooping ice with his hand from the bin, swirling it and dumping ice back in bin and then repeating scooping ice with his hand, swirling and dumping again. Disgusting. Only 1/2 of the pizza was eaten and bartender never asked if we wanted it boxed up when we asked for the check. We didn't because it was terrible but odd that he never asked. Used the ladies room and upon entering my feet were sticking to the floor. One of the two stalls was backed up and urine and feces were visible. In the working stall the toilet paper dispenser was apparently broken so the lid was hanging down open and the roll of toilet paper was on the floor. There were no towels in one of the dispensers. Upon leaving, there was no one at the front counter to say thanks, how was everything, have a good night. Will never go back, truly disappointing.

I thought the food and service was excellent. However, it is worth noting that the restaurant was fairly quiet during our time at the restaurant. Also, it seemed that despite ordering the same cut of New York Strip steak, my date and I got what appeared to be two different-sized cuts of meat which seemed odd. But, overall, it was a solid dining experience!

Overall experience was very good. Food was oversized portions and tasty. Service was excellent. Joe, our waiter, was very attentive, personable, and accommodating. Very enjoyable dinner experience.

We haven't been to Vespa in over a year but I'm glad we went back. Place was packed and we were seated right away with our reservation. Joe R was our server and he was fantastic! Always smiling, great sense of humor, couldn't ask for anyone better. The place was extremely loud, uncomfortably louder than most restaurants! Food was excellent, everyone raved about their meals. Good size portions too. Great experience again but this was the first time we were seated in the front portion of the restaurant, we've also been in the back by the bar. They had a wall mounted TV in this large dinning room with an odd TV station showing the "Conan O'Brien show" Several customers asked to have their table moved while sitting under this but it made no sense of why a TV is running in the middle of a large dinning area. Just odd.

Nice ambiance and excellent waiter and experience. Food was decent. Fish is farm raised and looked massive like it was on steroids. Wouldn’t recommend the seafood here at all.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Found the drinks to be too expensive for happy hour. Food was very good ?

My fiance and I went to Vespa in Northport last night for their happy hour. We sat at a 2 top in the bar area. The bartender (forgot his name unfortunately) was attentive and patient. From 4-7pm they have 25% off cocktails, wine, and beer and $10 apps. We had a glass of Cabernet, a seasonal beer (forgot name) on draft, and 3 apps: the margarita pizza, mini antipasto board, and the meatball sliders. Everything was delicious and we took most of the pizza home. I've been there for dinner and lunch and their other dishes are just as delicious. I highly recommend Vespa for a great night out. The decor is lovely, the music isn't loud and the service is wonderful.

Came for a Sunday brunch thanks to the help of Opentable- was looking for a reservation for 6 on short notice and was excited to see there were openings at Vespa. I've been to the farmingdale location but never northport so was excited to try it out. surprisingly the restaurant was EMPTY- we were the only table the entire time we were there (a party of 1 came in as we were leaving) and honestly with the quality of food we got I'm shocked that it wasn't a huge waitlist. Our waiter was very attentive and nice- we all got coffees (i got a cappuccino, pictured, and loved it. Bonus points for the rock Candy sugar). They do $25 bottomless brunch drinks but it's only worth it if you're going to order more than 2 drinks. We all got different brunch items- avocado toast, burgers, pancakes, and I got the best of them all I think in the chicken and waffles. It was SO good- nice fluffy waffle with super crispy chicken with a hot honey. My only complaint (and the reason it wasn't a 5 star review) is because our food came out kind of piecemeal with a few minutes in between each round, so a few people were sitting with their food waiting for the rest of us. Being that the restaurant was empty otherwise I was pretty surprised by that! Will definitely be back.

Horrible experience!!! Let me just say that it was convenient as they had a parking lot and it was quiet and had a nice ambiance but the service and food was terrible! We were seated and asked if we wanted a drink and then the waiter disappeared for 35 mins and then when we asked another waiter where ours were he came a few mins later took our order and then it took another 30 mins to get our appetizer and the antipasto board was ehhh. Ordered a steak and it was terrible just an overall disappointment.

food is top notch, very busy so service takes forever since not enough waiters. Noise level is unreasonably high and if a group impossible to hear anything. Go during week because of noise and service not on weekends. I

Always a favorite. This visit service was somewhat slow. It appears they need more wait staff. Noise level up there but the food quality off sets that. Varied menu with great choices and high quality. Only issue we had was one of their premiere menu items, stuffed artichoke, pulled from the menu. Truly a disappointment
