Last night we had an experience that was not so good on account of door dash. We ordered at 8p a did not receive our food until after 10p past closing time (the gentleman last night was very nice to deliver after his shift on his own time). Stopped in for lunch and the waitress Stephanie was very cordial and right on top of things.Our large pizza was excellent with good amount of toppings and breadsticks were excellent.The young man came out of kitchen to make sure the pizza was good.Owner should be proud of this crew that was working this shift.And another nice young lady was busy the whole time cleaning counters and tables.We will be back.
The waitress never asked about refills, at 130 in the afternoon she said the fryer was off so we couldn't get our wings, but turned it back on, we got them half way through our pizza, we got a pepperoni lovers with stuffed crust the dough was white, didn't look cooked, the cheese was barely melted and tasted more like American cheese than mozzarella.
This was the Norwich location, we don't even live in the area. We won't be back.
