Had to wait on the fries and the staff was very professional and courteous about it. They deserve the compliment.
Crinkle fries were very good, hot and fresh. I was not impressed with the cheesesteak. It was okay but not great, and not as good as Arby's other offerings. Also there was no music playing in the dining area, normally there is, perhaps the system was broken or someone forgot to turn it on?
