My husband and I had another terrific meal at Broadway Bistro last evening.
We ordered from the special prix fixe menu that had so many great choices, it was hard to choose.
We settled on the scallops over polenta and the spring rolls with teryaki to start, and the panko horseradish flounder and grilled shrimp salad. Desert was the poached pear with raspberry sorbet.
Everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The wait staff is friendly and extremely efficient, and just make dining there such a terrific experience!

My 5th time here and I suppose everyone is bound to have one bad experience. I usually love the food and service but I think our waiter might have been bit by a zombie because he didn't smile, say hello or basically talk at all. Took our order and he never came back until it was time to get paid. My wife's pasta wasn't cooked and the marinara was very spicy. My scallops weren't browned and almost looked raw. Everything was kinda terrible. Sorry guys, I usually never have a doggy bag because your food is that good but not this time. We both left our food there barely touched and was never asked if everything was ok. Sad.

Beautiful little restaurant with a great menu- lots of delicious options making it so hard to choose! I thoroughly enjoyed my milanese salad, one of the best I’ve ever had. The salmon and mash for my friend was also to die for. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and we can’t wait to go back!

Great place, the food is delicious and every dish was a delight. The mushrooms soup it’s fresh and well seasoned, the flank steak was cooked to perfection, the dessert (strawberry napoleon) was fantastic. The service is kind and fast. Great place to get good food at a very good price.

It's rare that I write a review without complaint, but there was a beautifully presented beet salad with a goat cheese and lemon, croquette and chicken. That was delicious. Before I was served my main plate, I was served a beautiful brioche warm roll. I was treated perfectly by the weight staff and by the bartender and given time to enjoy my meal. They also offer a 3-course lunch that was extremely reasonable in price. I would strongly recommend trying this restaurant because you'll want to go back and try more dishes that they have. They have a really nice menu and the service was first class which is really something that contributes to the dining experience.

Vegetarian options: I had an amazing beet salad So I can only speak to that, but if you review the menu you'll see that there are a lot options and based on the way my meal was presented and tasted everything was organic and delicious.

Dietary restrictions: The staff in many restaurants now will ask about dietary restrictions in this restaurant. They just asked me. Would you like to add a piece of chicken? Would you like grilled or breaded? Just very well presented and professional staff work here.

Parking: There is a free parking lot around the corner from the restaurant across the street from the old fire station. I believe the cross street is Broadway and main.

A real gem of a place that I'll sincerely miss. Every ingredient is so fresh it just tastes in every bite. The drinks are delicious and a throw back to when making cocktails was an art form. I had their strawberry cocktail and it was perfect.

The chicken thigh, carrots, and potatoes were a joy in every bite.

Service was 5 stars all the way.

Wishing everyone there the very best! May whoever takes over that space live up to Broadway Bistro! It was a great ride. Although people should avoid Patio on Broadway down the road.

Good food & atmosphere, but not great. Tri e ot fo restaurant week. Food was well prepared, just not too exciting, without interesting seasoning. The shrimp & scallop had nicely seared scallop, with Al dente linguine.Dessert was strawberries with whip cream. Again nice homemade whip cream, but nothing special that I would expect from an expensive restaurant.Atmosphere needs updating - lighting is well placed, but someone saved money and put in harsh white LED lights, which just ruin any romantic feeling. Other aspects are similar. All told, a solid dining experience, good food. Just not super exciting. For that special dinner you won't go wrong, but can do better in Nyack.

I genuinely feel my money is well spent and my business is appreciated when I dine here solo, or with friends & family. The bar is a cozy vibe, and the portions are wonderful for a shared table or have some now and save some for later. The beet salad, butternut squash ravioli(home made), pesto, wine selection, seafood & meats are fresh and hand selected by the present proprietor & chef.5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visited from out of state. Broadway Bistro is a very special place and a must when in Nyack and a reason to travel to Nyack. Upon entry you are greeted and welcomed. The space is bright and the staff work in harmony. The chef owner John makes food that is creative, thoughtful and shows his passion for his profession. We thoroughly enjoyed his Easter special menu. The smoked salmon coronet with beet salsa was vibrant and great start to meal. The lobster ravioli was a dish reimagined. One would never think grapes would pair with lobster but they added a brightness and balance to the delicious sauce with Italian bacon. Oh my a delicious harmony on plate. Each dish prepared your tastebuds for what's to come. So memorable we will be talking about this restaurant for a long time. Those who live in area so lucky and definitely should visit. Thank you John and your team

Lovely atmosphere for fine dining. The food was excellent. We had the flat iron steak with mashed potatoes. Dessert was cheese cake and flourless chocolate cake with white chocolate mouse.
