The food was pretty solid, but the service was a bit questionable. My friends I are were served by who we assume to be the owner, and he was very condescending to us as a table of young women. He CLAPPED at us and told us to “pay attention to the table” when we were having fun and clearly in the middle of looking at some pictures we took for our friend’s birthday. I’ve never had a waiter so rudely butt into a conversation like that when I was out with friends or family...
The food was amazing, hands down. Won’t be speaking of that here. The service though, was questionable. The man who served us was extremely rude and kind of creepy- we believe he was the owner. The rest of the staff were very sweet and accommodating. There were a lot of hidden/additional fees that we were not told about, along with certain prices not being entirely accurate to the menu. For example, we were served Saratoga (12 dollars each) without asking nor was it indicated...
What a lovely establishment. The service and food were just top tier. Natalie was awesome and took great care of us. Honorable mention- the lobster ravioli. Delicious! We will be back next time we’re in Nyack. 10/10!!
