I find the workers there rude. None of them really understand or speak any English, and when they where taking my order they were asking someone else to take my order. And when they were taking my order, the workers were also laughing at me as well which I find very disrespectful. If there was a zero star I would rate them a zero. Will not come back here again. Would rather go to another dunkin donut location where workers can treat everybody more as equal and with respect.

So, why would a dunkin donuts get 1 star? The staff won't even speak to you. They have a kiosk to the side, nowhere near the entrance or counter that you need to use. The staff behind the counter won't even say, "you have to use th3 kiosk over there." instead they just give you dirty looks. I won't be back.

Worst coffee my husband and I had ever from Dunkin. We ordered a original coffee and it tast like dirty water. I ordered a white chocolate signature coffee this taste like burnt coffee. Extremely disappointed.

I went to the drive thru just now. I ordered a hazelnut coffee with coconut milk and the drink was not made with any care. It wasn’t busy either, so why did my service lack in quality? I won’t be coming here again to find out.
Sometimes I come here after work to grab a toasted bagel with butter. This last time I noticed the staff coming to the drive-thru window and laughing !! What's so funny?? What did you do? Give me an added flavor to my food! Why don't you just say it? I can see why the DND is more busy down the street. Leave me alone!! I work hard all night and don't need a bunch of Dunkin Doughnuts employees showing me how stupid they can be. Get over it!!!

My experience at Dunkin' Donuts was my first time at this particular location, and I must say it was quite a unique one. The place seemed to be in an inconvenient spot, situated on a busy street, making it challenging to access. As I approached, I noticed that the drive-thru lane was packed, extending all the way to the entrance of the street. However, despite the initial concern, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the line; it kept moving smoothly, and more people quickly filled in behind me.When it was finally my turn to order, I requested a large hot black coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The employee attending to the drive-thru window was exceptionally quick in taking my order, which helped move the line along efficiently. I was impressed by how swiftly he managed to handle each customer despite the overwhelming rush.Upon pulling up to the window to pay, the same gentleman took my payment and, to my astonishment, immediately handed me my food and coffee. The speed of service was unparalleled in my experience at any other fast-food establishment. Despite the bustling atmosphere and the constant stream of customers, I received my order in record time.Overall, I left Dunkin' Donuts feeling highly satisfied with my visit. The quick and attentive service, even during peak hours, was commendable. Despite the location's initial inconvenience, the efficiency of the staff made up for it. My hot black coffee was rich and flavorful, and the bacon egg and cheese croissant were freshly made and delicious.In conclusion, I extend my gratitude to Dunkin' Donuts for providing me with a remarkable experience on my first visit to this particular location. If they can maintain this level of service consistently, I have no doubt that they will continue to attract and retain a loyal customer base. Quick and easy service, you have the option of ordering at the counter or using a machine like you do at McDonald’s. The service was fast. Prices were about normal. The parking lot is kind of small so if you have an F250 or bigger you’ll have a little bit of struggle to get out.Parking: Small parking lot but easy to park, harder getting out than in.
