Wonderful property in the Hudson Valley. Decent rooms and a nice dining room. Highly recommend since it’s close to so much. Friendly staff with lots of local knowledge. We were there for three nights and rooms for us and our friends were comfortable with great showers and good linens. Strongly recommend
Great repurpose of an old warehouse. Cool design. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Beware of the "destination fee" which includes "free" parking, "complimentary" wifi, a "complimentary cocktail worth $10.00", coffee in the lobby, and local fruit (bananas and oranges). Too bad they charge for these "complimentary" items. Otherwise a nice hotel.
She issued us a welcome drink voucher while we waited for our dinner guest to arrive and I couldn’t believe the level of service provided by everyone at the hotel. We Will definately be returning. Thank you Sam!
Stayed at Hotel Nyack since I remembered Nyack being a funky little town. Loved being able to walk downtown. I stayed in a balcony room and loved it. I moved the desk so when I worked, I was looking at the new Tappan Zee Bridge and the river. So pretty. Loved the funky decor and the high ceilings. Very comfy beds. Great customer service. Had lunch in the restaurant on the outdoor patio. Yummy vegetarian grain bowls. So good. I'd definitely stay again.
Booking process was so easy. This place is absolutely gorgeous - the vibes in the bar/restaurant were immaculate. Everyone that works there was so friendly and nice. The decor from the carpets to the colors to the art were beautiful. The room was stunning as well. Absolutely amazing all around
This hotel is poorly managed to say the least. Lack of communication from the front desk. Under staffed. Upon check-in we requested to have our room made up each day and fresh towels. That didn’t happen. The first night we checked in the room temp couldn’t be controlled. We told the front desk about this they said they would send someone to check it out. Saturday morning we reported it again they said they were so sorry we will send someone to look at it. Saturday at five pm it still hadn’t been checked on. When we finally questioned what was happening we were told they couldn’t fix it and they would move us to another room. For the cost of the room for one night one would expect much better treatment. The second room we went to the shower head wasn’t even tight and water went everywhere. Doors barely close all the way from the patio. Mold in the showers. Tiles in the bathroom broken. Customer service is horrible. Nobody is accountable. We travel the world and this is by far one of the worst experiences we have had. Avoid the location at all cost until they get things figured out. Hyatt should be ashamed of themselves putting their name on this hotel.
The venue was so cool! Food and drinks were amazing! Order the steak, you will not be disappointed! The staff was amazing, especially Jequoia and Kelly! A great place for a wedding! I loved my entire stay!
I had a few issues. I was there with a group and it would have been convenient to do room to room calling, or contact the desk through the room telephone. The telephone was unplugged and had no phone wire. I called the front desk on my cell phone to ask if that phone was intentionally disconnected, but left in the room, or if it was supposed to be connected. It was supposed to be connected and they would send someone up with the phone wire to connect it...that person never showed up. Next day, I requested an ironing board and iron. Again, they were sending someone up, but that person didn't show. I called the front desk 3x on my cell phone and was put on hold for over 7 minutes each time..(I hung up after 7 minutes). About 3 hours later, I tried again, got through and they actually sent someone up with it, but the ironing board was this small table top thing that I ended up having to stand on the bed in order to iron, and the legs got in the way for wrapping something around the board, so you would iron a section and then have to scrunch it up to get around the leg to iron the next section...Lots of little annoyances like that. Tiny little shelf in shower; if door was open to the commode area, it blocked the main entrance to the bathroom; the barndoor on the main entrance to the bathroom was always blocking something; the mattresses slid off of the platform beds, there 1 one tiny trash can for the entire room....
Parties going on all night long. Pot smoke all over the hotel. I guess they don’t have enough help my son was in the restaurant for over 2 hrs I would not recommend this hotel. I did not like the bathroom set up seemed like there was no privacy
Beautiful boutique style hotel right off the highway (accessible), with an amazing restaurant and bar. Room was comfortable and felt like a vacay even though was a business trip. Well worth the stay!!

Food is amazing! The homemade biscuit is my favorite. The owner is also so nice. I recommend checking it out.
All the food was fresh and tasted great, most was homemade. Good prices as well.
