I’ve been sick with food poisoning for 3 days now .i got the buratta which was $20 and the worst thing I could’ve picked on the menu . One piece of bread? Seriously ? It wasn’t even 1 full piece. The prosciutto was spoiled and I thought maybe I was crazy so I ate it. I’ve been sick since and will be going to the ER in the morning because of the pain. Highly disappointed with this place. I’m all for cute fresh places but this place is overpriced and the quality of the food is terrible. Thankfully I only got 3 little pieces of meat because I’d probably be much sicker! Do better guys
Strongly advise not to come here. Nes, the manager there is extremely rude and has a way of ruining your evening. Don't know how she is still employed there.
We went here for bottomless mimosas…and the supervisor accused us of giving them fake IDs! They had no scanner, and simply refused to serve us based off of a hunch…lol. Don’t go here unless u wanna be profiled
Me and 6 of my friends who are all 23 and OVER came to this place for bottomless mimosas and the supervisor accused all of us of having fake IDs with no evidence other than “her judgement”. Clearly her judgement is terrible because we are all over 21 and have been served there before. If you are offering alcohol, have a scanner or get a better supervisor with better judgement. When I tried to argue our case because our IDs are most definitely valid, one of the waitresses comes over and tells us that 21 year olds don’t act like this. Do not go to this place they are rude and will probably turn you away for a random reason because they are too lazy to do their jobs and serve a large table. Supervisor should learn what a valid ID looks and feels like at a place that serves alcohol or maybe shouldn’t do that job.
Went here as a 23 year old and supervisor chose to have attitude and told me my id was fake… offered to call the police to verify the authenticity of my id and was told no 21 year old would respond like that. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for any type of good time because you will be sadly disappointed.
I was excited to have a friend’s brunch here but I was extremely disappointed. I booked on open table for outdoor seating. We get there at they first told us our table was ready outside and then they followed up a few minutes later the outside is closed? We sat inside and the service was extremely delayed. Food was okay drinks were average.
This was my first time coming for brunch (Sunday 9/29-11am) and it will not be my last. Our waitress was not only efficient she was extremely friendly and gave us a great experience. She was the only one on duty and you would not have known given her attention to our table. I hope this review reaches her as she deserves a shout out! The ambiance was beautiful. The food delicious! We will definitely be back.
The evening started well with a hummus platter and refreshing drinks. As for our main event dinner experience that was reserved way in advance, the mood changed along with the service. The dining service experience was overshadowed by a double booked drinking event taking up staff resources. Besides the service, I was looking forward to some fresh local food and it was not spectacular. The branzino was chewy and the simple side of asparagus was not fresh. I had a taste of the crusted salmon, and it was tender and enjoyable. Service was dragging so we skipped dessert.
What a great surprise! I had been to a couple of parties in the hotel's private rooms and while there checked out the restaurant, The Farm. Liking what I saw, I made a mental note to return for dinner one day. So my sister's birthday was coming up and I decided the occasion was the perfect time to try The Farm. We were 4 and to say that we were very happy with every aspect of the restaurant would be an understatement. It's a large, open, modern space with huge windows at one end that let in an abundance of natural light. Tables are well spaced and the room is divided into a few rooms but without solid walls so that even though it wasn't crowded when we were there, it didn't feel empty at all. Wait staff (Petr from Czech Republic) was cheerful, friendly and helpful with the menu. He allowed us to have a leisurely meal and never intruded until we asked for service. Now about the food! Everything we ordered was very good and served elegantly. Specifically, we had calamari, beet salad, minestrone soup, rigatoni bolognese, short rib risotto, and wild mushroom tagliatelle with a side of crispy Brussels sprouts. Portions were generous, we shared a lot and still took some home. Desserts were excellent as well—pecan pie with a side of vanilla ice cream and a dish of ice cream, 3 flavors. Wine by the glass was very generously poured and the birthday girl had a margarita that she proclaimed was delicious. I feel I must be leaving something out, but in closing I'm giving The Farm 5 Stars and enthusiastically recommending it to anyone wanting a good meal in a very pleasing space. Lastly, I'll say that I thought prices were very reasonable given how wonderful everything was.
Celebrated my daughter’s Sweet 16 yesterday at the FARM. Everything was perfect from start to finish! Restaurant Manager accommodated our request for Private Dining room, and the service by Thomas was outstanding. Would highly recommend visiting this amazing restaurant at Hotel Nyack. Service, food and ambiance will not disappoint!

It is a very beautiful indoor and outdoor restaurant. The food was good but very expensive and small portions. When you make changes to the menu (as a vegetarian) they still charge you the same price without the same ingredients. The service was amazing and staff was sweet and very attentive. They were great with my son's allergy and were able to accommodate. Try their daily happy hour 4-6 with normal drink prices. $7 and $8 wines and beer.
Thought outside seating would be as nice as inside seating rather than just a place for the swimmers to come and get a quick bite and take a rest. Bench picnic tables ? Really ? So disappointing for a birthday outing
Food was delicious, service was excellent but would suggest cutting the lettuce and cucumber ribbons into smaller bite size. The large sizes are not easy to eat.
Ended up staying at the Hotel Nyack because of the weather. We didn't want to venture out in the pouring rain so we decided to try the restaurant in the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the trendy decor and the cozy ambiance of the space. The menu has a nice variety of dishes and due to my partner’s gluten allergy it was easy for them to accommodate that with the alternatives they offered. The food was great. We split the beet salad and it was still a surprisingly large portion. Lots of beets and cheese. Very refreshing. The Rigatoni was delicious and was a good comfort food option for a rainy day. Our server, Thomas, was excellent and very friendly. I’d highly recommend staying in if you happen to stay at the hotel. Not only is it great food but extremely convenient..
Brutal! Server was the worst! We just sat down and he asked what we wanted to order so we asked for more time-he came back 2mins later. We ordered brunch items with coffee; including a first course of fruit and soup but everything came out on a cart at the same time like it was room service. Server told us they were having a tough time in the back due to two events the night before-completely not our problem until it was. I was really hopeful that things would be better than our last time there but unfortunately that wasn't the case. It's a shame because the place is super cool but the food and service are horrible.
