My friends I I used to come to the King and I in Nyack when we were in high school, and today I brought my own children for the first time. The King and I was every bit as delicious as I remember, and I have a newfound appreciation for the elegance and beauty of the restaurant. The Thai dishes are authentic, lovely, and of the highest quality, and I was amazed to find myself in a restaurant where you did not have to struggle to hear conversation over the din or clanging of metal...
The food at this restaurant is amazing. I've never been to a better Thai restaurant in my life. So many choices too! I went there with the lovely Tina Marie and enjoyed every moment. Even though it's a bit of a drive from my place in Southern Bergen County, NJ, this restaurant will be a place I will come to regularly. I want to try every dish.
King & I is such a wonderful restaurant. You feel like you’re walking into someone’s home across the world, far away from Nyack. The food was excellent. I recommend the Gang Panang for anyone who enjoys a curry with a kick. Very relaxed atmosphere and really good food.
