Went for lunch with my mom got a quarter pounder and fries and a small soda when eating the quarter pounder notice it wasn't cooked all the way. told the manager named Keisha very nice lady she said no problem and gave me another quarter pounder and extra fries she deserves a raise. I would say the staff is the problem many don't speak good English. No complaints on the manager she's trying her best to keep the place going.
My son asked one of the associates to have 1 different sauce, and she replied with such a bad attitude "NO" without any reason. I think they can improve their customers' service skills.
Good food, and some nice staff. but more often than not the lines are very long.
Unlike other McDonald’s locations, they rarely direct people with big orders to move ahead to a parking space. In an effort to speed up the drive through process, I really feel they should do that.
Overall it’s a good location, but I feel there are some things that are very easy fixes which will allow it become a great location.
