The Chuleta Can Can was dry and the taste did not come up with my expectations. The ambience is impressive the customers and staff are very friendly. The male guests were so pleasant and patient to teach me some Latin dance steps. I had a wonderful time dancing!

Food was really good. Went for brunch with the family..their colada drink was like drinking on a beach, would definitely order again. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Next time I'm going for happy hour!

This place was a wild experience but also the best ?? Joined my cousins for a post-engagement dinner and the vibes were immediately amazing with customers happy and eating and dancing to live music. I won’t say why we had to leave the restaurant for a bit before coming back in but let’s just say the staff handled themselves so so well and got the fun back up and running. The food: stunning, warm, visually appealing, and delicious. I LOVED everything about the menu and the outcome. We enjoyed drinks, seafood, cuban sandwiches, meats and more. I hope to visit again someday and try something new!

This place has good music & nice ambiance so it's good to hangout. We've been there a couple of times to dance & support the DJs who play from 8:00-12:00, however, their food leaves a lot to be desired! With their high prices one expects a little better service & quality, NOT SMALL portions as they serve! First off no bread or anything served prior to your meal coming out, not even a salad with a dinner order! I could understand this if we were only ordering appetizers but not dinner! I ordered a Pastelon & it was a small piece served with portion of noodle rice that was not like any other I've tasted. (& I've had plenty)! Most Dominican noodle rice is buttery & very flavorful. This rice was bland & was served with the tiniest portion of black beans I've ever seen! (Maybe 1/4 cup, really for $30 & you can't serve a little more beans?) The rice needed more flavor, if not more beans to use over the bland rice. My hubby had the stewed chicken, as did my sister in law, the white rice was fine but when one thinks of stewed chicken you expect a few pieces of carrots & potatoes along with the sauce. Again disappointment, as it had neither & the chicken was only 2 drumsticks! What happened with the whole chicken being stewed & asking your customers just as you'd ask how one likes their steak, find out which cut of chicken, light meat (breast) or dark (leg & thigh)? Both plates were served with 2 drumsticks only & the server forgot the beans & had to be reminded several times! I'm sorry but I agree with others who've eaten here, the food isn't great! My husband stayed hungry & ordered the empanadas, 3 small ones came out. Although small, they were good. So would I return here? Only for the music, drinks & dancing, but not to dine! The food is expensive, small portions, no bread or salad & dinner service at the prices they charge needs great improvement! Again, to get together with friends for dancing & drinks it's fine but that's it!

I could not say enough good things about Punta Cana. I came in and had a drink at the bar and some tostones before my boyfriend joined me. Not only were the drinks ( and tostones) absolutely phenomenal but Karen was just a joy. She truly made my experience. The owners also were so friendly and personable. Every staff member was so attentive and kind. The restaurant was clean and welcoming and they even had live music. I would have stayed for the drinks and conversation alone... but the food?! Amazing. I had the rope vieja mofongo... and my boyfriend had the pernil. I savored every bite. The portions were very generous and the flavor was absolutely amazing. I can't WAIT to come back.

Nice spot, good food. I have enjoyed every dish I've tried. The mofongo is a little too salty and garlicky. If they lessened that it would be amazing. But I have enjoyed almost every dish I've tried here. Worth a visit.

Great service, the food was not was I expecting, presentation was good but not flavorful. The mofongo with shrimp was good but the other was dry and the chuleta can-can was not well cooked, the fried loaded doesn’t have enough pernil; for the expensive price I was expecting more.

My first time dining at P.C. with my friends to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant has has a warm decor. I enjoyed the Chicken Stuffed Avocado, the Chuleta CanCan, empanadas, croquetas de yuca and other dishes I shared with my friends. I definitely plan to re-visit to try the other rich, flavorful dishes. The owners and the staff, especially our waitress, Allison, gave us a warm welcome and made us feel like family.Parking: Metered parking spots available near the restaurant, also metered parking in a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant.

We went to this restaurant on 4/8/23 to see the most AMAZING Tropical Soul Band, 3D Ritmo De Vida and discovered a gem of a nightspot!! This establisment has everything going....nice atmosphere, great food and drinks, and great music. The server was a sweetheart.. The night turned out fantastic. The owner was very nice and attentive to everything going on. Special shout out to 3D - Band leader Mike Tate on drums, Lenny on keyboard, Chris on guitar and Sherma vocals, for their hot show, they play everything.. Salsa, R and B , Caribbean and everything in between. They had the place jumping! Thanks for a great night!

Restaurant Nice ambience for a couple of drinks with friends.Food is not good, not fresh, looks like it they warm it up when somebody order it and they serve it like that, not even a 50% of what's the real flavor of dominican cuisine. They are located on a prestigious area, maybe understand that their plates prices are so high. The service persons needs more experience, they serve you with a mad faceRestaurant can be improve maybe with another chef or cooking better, is on a good spot and is a good promotion for Dominican Republic, but i personally will never stop by there anymore.
