Stopped by in the afternoon while at the Nyack fair. Always Great food. Tastyand affordable. Staff is nice, attentive but not overbearing. Outside seating available. Indoor is a bit dark, but that's a biggie when you think of the great food and people.

The food is terrible but I think it’s just there as a convenience. It’s overpriced and doesn’t compare to something half the price at a deli.

The people who work there are very nice. However, we order via the ap and the order is often not filled correctly, the sweetener is never stirred into the coffee…and worst of all, it’s just a degree or two above room temperature. I guess it’s back to gas station coffee. At least it’s hot!

Customer service is non-existent. Stood around waiting for a mobile order without any acknowledgment or smiles from the counter staff for a good 10 min before I finally spoke up about it and the cold and unfriendly barista claims she called out my name for the now cold coffee sitting on the counter. Never heard a word from her. They need help here.

The customer service has always been friendly , patient ,and accommodating when necessary. This may seem unimportant, but, it's such a good feeling to be acknowledged , and greeted by the manager as she appeared to be coming from the kitchen . Customer service is not what it used to be , and this is the reason I go out of my way the do business with this particular Starbucks, and will continue to bypass all of the more convenient locations. Keep up the good work Nyack Starbucks !

The Customer service was horrible. Most of the staff were socializing, and joking around. Not paying attention to orders. I waited over 15 minutes for my drinks. To find out it wasn't made at all. To stand there and ask to be helped, and to be told they lost my ticket. The girl drinking her beverage behind the counter and the guy smiling. The cashier was the only one apologetic. If there an mistake the right way is to say sorry I’ll make it right away. Not stand there smirking with a beverage in your hand. Unprofessional place!
