Been coming here since college, almost 25 years. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is authentic and the quality is top notch. They even gave me a tray of water for my dog on a hot summer day.

I've been a loyal customer of 20 years and was basically accused of taking advantage of the restaurant! The owner is a great guy, but his cousin or brother is unpleasant and incredibly rude. I suspect the other negative reviews about the customer service are about him.
Last night, as there was no server, I ordered up front with the "manager," requesting that my side of pasta be made with garlic and olive oil instead of tomato sauce. He immediately went off on me, complaining that the menu says it comes with tomato sauce and that I was ordering two dinners. I calmly said that I've ordered it this way from them for at least 10 years. He replied by saying we give you a finger and you take the whole hand! That is no way to speak to any customer, let alone one of 20 years.
I matter-of-factly said just to cancel the order, and as I went to get my things he continued angrily speaking in Italian to his colleagues, one can only assume about my request. I don't know if I can go back after this. I don't really want to return to a restaurant where I'm resented for a simple request. Sad.

We tried a few different slices from this restaurant and enjoyed every bite. The Sicilian pizza was my favorite, but the margherita was also great. We had excellent service as well. The employees were very friendly and accommodating.

I ordered a large pepperoni and they send a plain cheese which I don't even eat. When I called the place to have my order corrected they told me oh well we heard large pie and that's what you got. Really poor customer service. I would never tell a customer that when I worked in restaurants. I had a hot pocket for dinner

Very disappointed of this place have ordered from here for years until today ! Ordered delivery & literally served me BRUNT PIZZA ! My kids couldn’t eat it at all ! SMH ! The whole bottom was brunt ! & called back & told them they offered me a pizza for replacement which I accepted bc I paid & asked for the brunt pizza back I told them my kids already bite them which I put back in the box for them to pick it up ! Smh never ordering from them again !
