The food is good but these people got some bad ass fucking additiude. I'm a loyal customer been coming for years just got off the phone with them such horrible additiude definitely not how you should be treating customers. If your going to treat people that shit then just close then you're god damn business so fucking rude.

There are many pizzerias in Nyack, but Tarantella's is always my go to! I have had their slices, garlic knots, subs and hot meals and I am never disappointed. Anytime someone asks for a recommendation they are at the top of my list. Whether I do take out or dine in the service is impeccable. Great staff!

Most restaurants want the customers to have a good experience because word of mouth and repeat business makes them successful. This place doesn't care at all about the customers. After ordering and telling the employee I was sitting down I waited 45 minutes and no pizza. I went to the counter and waited another 5 minutes while I was ignored. Finally an employee asked me what I wanted . I told the employee I've been waiting almost an hour for a pizza and he couldn't care less I got no apology or and offer to make my pizza they just stared at me as if I was bothering them. I told them I came from out of state to get pizza there and again no response. I went one block away and got great pizza. Avoid this place they are too good for their customers and will slowly go out of business as their reputation spreades.

Been a customer here for years, great food horrible customer service. Will have you waiting just standing there, even if you placed the order ahead of time. Also randomly try to charge for sauce that is usually included for free! Definitely lost a loyal customer! You guys suck!

The hype isn't always correct, but this time it is. I went in for a slice, while I was waiting to pick my wife up at the hair salon. I was blown away and couldn't believe how good it was. I tried every pizza joint in New City, Nanuet, Congers and now Nyack. Ended up ordering another regular and a Sicilian slice. They are definitely the best in Rockland. Sauce, cheese, dough, oven (30+ years old), pizza makers...all these ingredients it takes to be #1. Please don't change and please keep what you're doing.
