My husband and I were craving a good burger, and we noticed The Burger Loft had great reviews, so we decided to give it a try. It’s a spacious, open area, and there weren’t many people—maybe because it was a cold day. We were served by Alex, a very friendly waiter who explained the menu thoroughly. He suggested local beers to my husband, who chose “Photo op”. What stood out was that Alex brought him a Silent Majority to sample as well, which felt like a thoughtful gesture and a reason to come back for more beer tastings.
My husband ordered the Butterfly Burger, which had bacon and avocado, while I went with the Mushroom Burger featuring Swiss cheese. We shared a side of fries, which were spectacular—thin, flavorful, and perfect for two. The burgers looked good, but honestly, they lacked a bit of flavor. We added some salt, which helped, but we had expected more from the taste. That said, the atmosphere is nice, and the service was excellent. We’ll give it another try, maybe for salads or other options next time. Overall, it’s worth another shot

The service was quick and polite. The food came fast and tasted pretty good. The burgers are very solid for the price, the fries are really good. The shake was the only really disappointing item. First time we went, it wasn't a good experience, but this one was much much better.

This is our default Nyack restaurant with kids — lunch and dinner. They have plenty of space (stroller friendly!), friendly waitstaff, good prices, and of course delicious burgers, salads and fries! They are also on a prime corner with huge windows that are great for people watching in downtown Nyack. Don’t sleep on their amazing chicken Caesar salad!

The food is consistently good and well priced. It always comes out promptly as well- 3 burgers and a chicken sandwich arrived just 6 minutes after we ordered- making it easy to eat here with a young child or baby who will not sit for a long time.
The hamburgers are great, but last time our group tried the eggplant burger and we loved it. Service was great and friendly.

We've been to the New City location and this is exactly the same food and drink menu. Taste is the same also. The atmosphere is way different but not bad. We will definitely go back to one or the other. Got the classic burger, wings mild (that were too mind for our guest, fine for me) and all 3 sides. Sides were amazing !
