I called them to ask them what kind of chicken they use for it.. you know what they said ? “ BONELESS CHICKEN “ . sooooo whyyyy do I have a THIN bone in my chicken ???? Then she said oh , sometimes we have a thick bone in it by accident . A thick bone ? Listen hunny .i don’t know what they serving but it damn sure ain’t chicken . I’m never eating here again . What chicken bone do you know looks like this ? Ewwww . 0 stars . Threw my whole food away . And 2nd off . Why can’t someone pick the type of rice they want for maybe an extra charge ? I HAD to order sesame chicken with white rice instead of pork fried rice . She said I had to order an extra side just to get pork fried rice for a whole extra $10 on top of the white rice . They are ridiculous !

The Golden Mushroom is outstanding with Chinese, Japanese and Thai food. The sushi chef is excellent! I've been there 30-40 times and keep going back. I highly recommend it.
Food has gone way downhill lately. Service is even worse.

Always drove by it and saw advertising in our local Clipper but never jumped in until a few days ago. Three Asians cuisine, Chinese, Japanese and Thai. Had dinner with my family, my daughter ordered shrimp fried rice, my wife had Mei fun noodles while I ordered the yellow curry tofu. We all also shared sushi rolls, sashimi and hand rolled sushi. My curry dish was amazing just as good as if I had it at a Thai only restaurant. My daughter said the best fried rice she’s had and the same with my wife’s noodle dish. Plenty of different dishes to choose from specially if your family can agree on a cuisine. The service was great and attentive and the atmosphere was nice and mellow.
Vegetarian options: Tofu or just veggies can be substituted.
With a wide variety of choices and three different type of Asian Cuisine under one roof, the Golden Mushroom is an amazing place. The food is delicious and the service is impeccable.
