My experience here was great. I grew up in the area but had no Idea about this absolutely authentic restaurant. The atmosphere is really nice and gives such a homey feeling. I feel free to express myself and talk amongst my peers over a good home cooked meal. Eating here I can really taste the love in the food. The service was not only efficient but excellent. Will be coming here again.

Golden Mushroom in Nyack is amazing! The food is always fresh and super tasty. you can tell they put love into every dish. The service is great too, everyone’s really friendly and makes you feel welcome. Definitely one of my favorite spots to eat in Nyack!

Had a great experience at Golden Mushroom ! The menu’s huge — tons of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai options — and everything we tried was flavorful and fresh. The service was friendly and efficient without being overbearing. Cozy spot with a chill vibe. Will definitely go back when I’m craving Asian food.

The food here was absolutely delicious! When my delivery order arrived, the bag was missing utensils and napkins, but the restaurant handled it so well. They went out of their way to make it right by having me come back to pick up utensils and even gave me a free soda as an apology. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled the situation showed great customer service. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!!!!!! . I cannot put enough exclamation points to let you know I’m serious . I ordered sesame chicken. I called them to ask them what kind of chicken they use for it.. you know what they said ? “ BONELESS CHICKEN “ . sooooo whyyyy do I have a THIN bone in my chicken ???? Then she said oh , sometimes we have a thick bone in it by accident . A thick bone ? Listen hunny .i don’t know what they serving but it damn sure ain’t chicken . I’m never eating here again . What chicken bone do you know looks like this ? Ewwww . 0 stars . Threw my whole food away . And 2nd off . Why can’t someone pick the type of rice they want for maybe an extra charge ? I HAD to order sesame chicken with white rice instead of pork fried rice . She said I had to order an extra side just to get pork fried rice for a whole extra $10 on top of the white rice . They are ridiculous !

The Golden Mushroom is outstanding with Chinese, Japanese and Thai food. The sushi chef is excellent! I've been there 30-40 times and keep going back. I highly recommend it.
