I talked to the owner Mike and got some good information on how some of the food is cooked.The wings are brined for 48 to 56 hours. They make their own sauces and bleu cheese. The crab cake is made to order and fresh but not too mention, huge! It wad flaky and not dry, with lots of flavor.I have over 2 million views from my food photos and these pics should put me close to 3mil. Great atmosphere and a great venue. Love going out to the balconies on the second and third floor. Food is great and a huge selection of beers on tap which is important to me. Definitely a great place especially if you love entertainment and music. Can see the stage from all 3 floors of the building.
