I recently moved from New York City to Valley Cottage in Rockland County and have been searching for a real NYC-style pizza place. After trying a few spots nearby, I finally found Village Pizza in Nyack — and it’s exactly what I was hoping for!
Tony is super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The service is quick, the staff is great, and the pizza is absolutely delicious — thin crust, perfectly cooked, and tastes just like classic New York City pizza. They even have an extra-large 18-inch pie, which is a huge plus.
They also offer delivery, which is super convenient. If you’re craving genuine NYC-style pizza in Rockland County, Village Pizza is the real deal! 🍕
Expect good food along with light conversation for a quick bite after work or school…would recommend!

Havent had a NY slice since I left for North Carolina years ago... Here for a wedding and stopped in for a couple of plains... Everything you want from a NY slice shop: excellent, friendly service, awesome food (not just pizza!), and an old-school vibe. Pizza was thin, crispy, had great quality cheese and a perfect sauce. If I lived here I would be back every week, at least!

Clean and modern inside. Greeted with a smile and hello by the owner (A+) watch him Interact with everyone in English + Spanish. The margarita was EXCELLENT. Thin crispy crust , nice sauce cheese balance. 🍕👌
