Bagel Hero

I went in about 1240 on Monday 1/12 but nobody even acknowledged me. There was a lady standing at the counter chatting with a vendor going back-and-forth. Other people in the store looked at me but nobody acknowledged me so then I sat down. Nobody said anything or acknowledged me so then I stood up and I walked out and nobody decided to call to help me or say anything at all. This is the type of place where you know people don’t know how to do BUISNESS. From now on I go to the other bagel shop.

Their counter makes it impossible to hand your payment over and there is no terminal to tap your card on to pay.
I tossed my credit card on the counter and she yelled, “don’t throw your card at me.” I said, “I lightly tossed it towards you. Believe me, if I had thrown it at you, you would have felt it.” Needless to say they lost a customer.

If you're looking for a reliably good breakfast in Oakdale, Bagel Hero seems to hit the mark! You had a fantastic experience with their Hungry Man Hero, getting it just the way you like it. It's always a win when a place nails specific requests, and they clearly did with your order: toasted on both sides, perfectly runny over-easy eggs, and that extra kick of raw onions.
Beyond the customized order, I highlighted a few key things that make Bagel Hero stand out. Silvia helped me, quick and easy service is a huge plus, especially when you're looking to grab a bite on the go. And knowing it's a clean place definitely adds to the appeal.

They are using Very Very Low Quality eggs. No taste 👎

They charge to much for a 3 egg whites with cheese and bacon on a roll for a little over 10 bucks and with a coffee the cheese was cold and not melted enough won't be coming back to this place again .I can get a better egg sandwich and a coffee with it at a lower price than 10 bucks sorry the worst place I've been too

I don't know about their other items, but best plain toasted bagel with butter. Perfectly made, good tasting fresh bagel! I crave it

My visit to Bagel Hero was a delightful experience in every aspect. Their bagels were exceptional, boasting incredible flavors and freshness. What truly set this place apart was the genuinely warm and friendly service. Additionally, I was impressed by the spotless cleanliness of the establishment.

Excellent fast and friendly service. I love that they sell the bagel chips in the store—reduces waste and they’re delicious!
