Spanish dude manager was extremely rude. Me and my fiancée went to use mens room and the sink water was so hot we burned ourselves. Then we witnessed another man and his child burn their hands. When brought to manager’s attention he brushed us off by saying water temperature is supposed to be at 100 degrees which it was clearly over that bc it was unbearable to even wash your hands. This stores going to end up with a major lawsuit eventually by not taking customers seriously. 0 stars

This is my go to location. Most of the time I do drive-thru but the inside is nice too. Overall friendly staff, want to shout out Michael as I’ve noticed he’s there nearly every time I go and always has a smile on his face - seems like a great kid

Stopped in Oakdale McDonalds late Saturday afternoon. Ordered a filet of fish meal to stay. The bottom roll of the fish sandwich was as hard as a rock. I complained they apologized and made me another one. But by then the fries were cold. McDonald's really SUCKS! I Will never go to another one. Bluepoint, Oakdale and West Islip all suck. I guess all McDonald's are CRAP! Spend your money elsewhere!

I get the same order every time I go to McDonald's which is steak egg cheese mcgriddle with a round egg today I got my order with a breakfast sauce on it I never have gotten a breakfast sauce on a mcgriddle sandwich when I went into the store to get it redone I'm being told that it always has a breakfast sauce which is a complete lie I get the same order all other McDonald's don't add breakfast sauce to a mcgriddle sandwich bad manager bad staff and liars

This is a pretty fire McDonalds location. To be honest, they have messed up my order on occasion but I do go here a lot and they are pretty accommodating. The interior is pretty modern and nice looking and their food isn’t bad. Service is pretty good, shoutout David. Likes usually aren’t too bad either.
