Sooo Disappointed! Hadn't dined here in a while but we were going to an event in the area so we made reservations here. Pretty much from start to finish the experience was lack luster. The service was actually quite poor - from taking close to 20 min to take our wine order to the soup having absolutely no lobster in it, to one of our entrees (steak) being overcooked twice! The server was not attentive and never on the floor. And, no, they weren't busy. When we showed the food runner the steak that was ordered med rare being over done he offered to get the waitress. It took her close to 10min to come and check on us. Just a bummer that a lovely location with nice ambiance has such poor service and food.

I booked the View for a celebration of Life for my Mom. We had 40 guests for brunch on the patio. It was a cool November day but the Sun shone and the heat lamps were on. The View of the Great South bay was beautiful. Jessie the GM was amazing in insuring me we were in great hands. The Brunch and quality of offering was top notch!!!! Our server Nicole was the best!!! Thank you for helping my family celebrate my mom!!

not what we expected. the baked clams tasted like they had frost bite. the lobster bisque had no lobster, plus it was old & had the skin it forms on top when it's sitting out for too long mixed into it. the scallops were not cooked correctly, they were tossed in cornstarch or flour before they were seared. it tasted like and had the texture of seafood that was cooked prior and heated back up. honestly the food was not good at all, which is a shame considering the money we spent on dinner. but that is what happens when you go to places that do weddings and stuff, the food is never as good as it looks online. i definitely will never be going back! beautiful view but the food is garbage

We came for my wife's birthday because we were here a few years ago and had liked the experience. Couldn't say the same this time though. The food was delicious and very well-presented, but the service could use some help.The host and the server were nice, but almost seemed like they hadn't had any training. There was no explaining the menu, or details/recommendations when asked. The restaurant was empty, but the server wasn't there when we needed her, and almost had to go ask for the check. Perhaps it was an off day, but we really wanted to enjoy it because the food and view were amazing. Perhaps we'll try it again in the summer, but this visit was disappointing.

The food was good , however, I ordered a salad and wanted shrimp to add, they gave me 2 shrimp. My friend on her salad got 3. So for 22 dollars extra for our salads, we got 5 shrimp between us. There was a private event, going on as well. They only had 2 bartenders for the whole place. It was a very very long wait for drinks.

Our server, Griselda, was excellent. My martini was terrible. I believe the vermouth had turned. We did not like the creme brulee.

We had my daughter's baby shower at the view and we couldn't have been happier! The food was wonderful and the servers were amazing. Thank you for a lovely day we look forward to returning

This place was beautiful, the staff was great, the food delicious. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area to visit.
We love View and go as often as we can. Our waitress was great, helpful and friendly. We both enjoyed our food, swordfish and shrimp/scallop pasta were delicious.

Extremely disappointed and surprised by how terrible this food was. The soda was flat and bad, $4 each and they charge full price for refills, so for 2 people to have 2 sodas each it was $16++. The Faroe Island Salmon looked like it was radioactive over the worst looking frozen vegetables possible. The “peking duck” in the taco appetizer smelled and tasted like pulled pork. Was not edible.
This place should be embarrassed about the Mahi wrap. I can’t believe they serve this to people.
Won’t be coming back.
