Disgusting. Ordered from here through GrubHub. Half the order was missing and the half that was there tasted like it was pulled out of yesterday's garbage. The GrubHub driver felt terrible and kept apologizing on Wendy's behalf. Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave.

Staff is horrible & untrained. In an attempt to get food they couldn't help previous customers in any fashion, allow customers to cut ahead , I watched as it took roughly 20min for on person to place a simple order. Ended up walking out since this place is a disaster. Not the first time this has happened here. Definitely avoid
Mean lady at drive thru gotta go. 9:35 Pm order mean pissy woman who was told three times Buffalo not Ghost Pepper Nuggys. We got Ghost Pepper Nuggs and no fork. I can yake mean pissy people but not ones who screw up my order.

Kids lunch meal and breakfast the next day was good. Service was polite and quick. Bathrooms were clean, no sticky floors. Dinning room was very clean.

We wait almost 10 minutes for the food and when we gets isn’t was which I ordered missing French friars the sandwich and the nuggets test very burn at drive thru around 10pm on 6/23/24 ) plus all the woman who works with the a long hair with out a hat or something very very bad impression
