Multiple times has the service here been pretty bad. Called in a toasted croissant with butter, when I picked up it wasn’t even ready and then he handed me a plain croissant not toasted or with butter. When mentioned to the male cashier he gave me an attitude and then charged me extra to add butter to my croissant. Fast forward, I called in for a pick up order. Not only was I placed on hold and then hung up on multiple times, when he finally answered he proceeded to say they were too busy to take my call. I drive past and the place is empty, no customers nobody doing anything. Will not be coming here anymore. They really need to hire new staff.

I won't go back. They upcharged me for hazelnut creamer. A cream upcharge. Overpriced food to start and then a cream upcharge? Sorry, no can do.

I paid $5 for a flat and hollow bagel with maybe a tablespoon of cream cheese? I’ve been coming here for a while and if my bagel isn’t burnt to a carcinogen, then it’s either the wrong cream cheese or just none at all.

I would give 5 stars, but parking on Horace Harding Expwy is a nightmare. There are never any street meter parking forcing motorists to double park on the side street blocking traffic. Besides parking. The bagles are good and made in house fresh daily.

Best bagel n deli around. Gotten a bit pricey for the area but what hasn't gotten pricey lately. Quality is definitely there the tuna salad s made in house and is excellent

Very good food, especially breakfast/lunch options. The only downside is they are somewhat pricey and they close down early for some reason lol. 3 in the afternoon is pretty early.

Horrible customer service. They kinda racist. They treat people by their skin color.

Have been seriously hesitant to post anything, because I have been to this place many times over the years, and believe in giving chances. However, I can no longer stay silent about this. My family members and I have often noticed that certain ingredients, such as cream cheese, are not fresh when served. Additionally, after ordering 2 sandwiches this past Friday, I have been horribly ill since consuming them. I am 29 weeks present and had to go to the hospital for food poisoning, and five days later, am still suffering. I hope whoever manages this place just keeps in mind that food quality control is extremely important, and it's more than just about making money. I never thought a breakfast sandwich would be so dangerous to my health, and future child's. It's just a shame. Please be more cautious with the food you serve.
