I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I recently placed an order with 24 hour bagel in Oceanside for a platter meant for a small family gathering following a loss. I had hoped that something as simple as breakfast would be taken care of so the family could focus on being together.

Unfortunately, when a family member arrived to pick up the order, she was told the platter was not made, they didn’t have the order for it despite my card having been charged in advance. There was no apology that matched the gravity of the situation, nor any sense of urgency to correct the mistake. It felt like a complete afterthought to the rude little girl I spoke with. I asked for a manager and she stated she was the best I was going to get. Sadly, she sounded like she was 12, with zero problem solving skills. She just kept stating “we don’t have your order” well obviously!!!

Mistakes happen, I understand that. But the lack of follow-through and empathy in a moment like this was incredibly disappointing. What should have been a small comfort during a difficult morning turned into added stress and frustration.

I truly hope this was an isolated incident, but I would encourage the store to look closely at their process—and to remember that for customers, especially during sensitive times, reliability and care really matter.

I will not cater from this place again!

I loved the fact that people were there after hours. It felt like old New York was back!!! Midnight runs... anyone??? I'm ready.

As a Caucasian woman, this place is racist and disgusting. If the Hispanic workers are not making your food, good luck. Also their bacon smells and tastes spoiled, save yourself the diarrhea and skip.

As a night shift nurse with no sleep schedule this place ensures I never miss out on my "morning" bagel, even if that's 9pm! Always a fantastic fresh selection no matter what time of day. Delicious. Convenient. Fantastic.

$46.28 for dozen mini bagels and (4) 1/4 specialty cream cheese and 1/2 lbs of reg cream cheese. Cost wasn't the issue but 2 items missing and I get a hard time about it.
People in store and I get blame that it fell out of bag. Geez I have been going there for 20 years and to get an attitude. No thanks.
Worst is to question and make an issue in front of a dozen customers in store to show how much of a big shot he is. Plz.

It’s not worth 1 star. They are rude, condescending and argumentative! They charged $15 for lettuce and tomato on toast! They overcharged for items that were not even on the sandwich! Save your money!!! Definitely not worth it especially with so many delis and bagel places in the area that are so much better! Just filed a complaint! Do better

Ordered tuna sandwich with bacon on white bread. They charged me for 14.99! Way too expensive! And it's so tiny! It's not even in the city! I'm not going back here
