This is my go to Dunkin Donuts in Oceanside. I typically only get coffee to go and maybe a donut once in awhile and I have never had an issue with service at this location. I'm a regular at this location and at least one employee knows me enough to make my coffee and have it ready for me without me even asking. UPDATE: I have been using the order ahead option and the morning crew is very quick with pumping out orders at this busy store.
I came in this A.M. with a coupon for a free latte and, while asking if the "Signature" lattes are part of the promotion (since no restrictions were printed on the coupon), Naveen, who was helping me said, "I don't know, but I'll be happy to make one for you!" How nice is that?? She asked me how I like it, made it exactly as I would have liked and mmm, on a cold, December day, it was perfect. I appreciated her thoughtfulness and hope her store manager does as well.
