I don’t know what this Celina’s problem is but barrier rocks. And as a 30 something year old I can say one of the main reasons I love barrier is because the music is never too loud for conversation. Beers are great and bar tenders are all super friendly and attentive. Food is also delicious! It’s bar food lady go to Gordon Ramsey if you want a 5 star meal.

The drinks are good, if you are here for that just get it in the fridges in front and go home. It’s not a good place to chill. The music is too loud, it’s freezing in here and worst of all the food isn’t accommodating. The only thing I could eat here was a single bag of popcorn. Luckily the atmosphere is so uninviting I didn’t have to worry about drinking on an empty stomach because I could only handle staying for one drink. The bartenders are nice though.

My introduction to Barrier Brewing came through Tavour, which sparked my curiosity enough to visit the brewery in person. The opportunity arose when I was in the area with friends and family, and naturally, we seized the chance to explore their offerings. Our group of eight was treated to an impressive selection of beer, with a focus on hazy IPAs but also including stouts, red ales, and pilsners. The highlight of the night was a remarkable IPA called "Never Let Me Down," a collab with Sand City that lived up to its name. Double dry-hopped with a generous mix of Citra, Mosaic, Columbus, and Motueka hops, it stood out as my personal favorite. Alongside our beers, we enjoyed Firehouse BBQ, which only enhanced the experience.

Nice vibes and super chill staff. I had never had an IPA I actually enjoyed until going here, so I gotta shout out the bartender for the solid recommendation

This place rocks. ‘Nuff saidBtw. Does anyone know what’s going on with the scenarios in the Lido Beach West Offices? Why does a beach even need an office? Is there even a CEO of the beach? Probably not. The offices seem a little sus.

My favorite brewery on Long Island. The IPAs are really good (Blue Shell, Headlines, and Strongest Geometric Shape are my faves!). Good vibes, nice people, dog friendly, and a good food truck. Can't ask for more

One of my obligatory stops on my way out to Long Beach. Great beers and a cosy taproom. Never disappoints.

Great little place. Sort of hole in the wall vibe but definitely elevated - NOT a hole. Clean large bathrooms. The staff are super friendly and personable. Went to a pop up event they had there. But will totally drop by when back in the area. I REALLY ENJOYED their house made hard seltzer. Delicious! Reasonably priced - and again fab service! They just need some non alcoholic beers and then I can bring everyone I know!
