I Order an açaí bowl and they just gave me the base of açaí no bananas or granola or fruits they wouldn’t even give me a refund when I called in and told them they made a mistake on my order they blamed me as a customer horrible customer service would never go back rather just go to sobol instead but they promote the açaí bowl with everything in it

If I could, it would be zero stars. I live in the area, two blocks away. Since the beginning, when you walk in an air of arrogance and snobbery from the cashier to the owner/manager, the white guy with gelled hair, staring at me the entire time. Mind you, this is not the 1st or 10th time I've been here, it's a pattern. Sobol is a better place, welcoming, relaxed, and excellent customer service. If you are a person of color, don't come here because you are not invited. I'm not the first person to point this out, but I won't be the last. It's the woman with the dogs, so you remember, I was here earlier today.

Terrible service. I was ignored. My Açaí order was drenched in honey and the customer service I received was awful. I happened to be in the area so tried the place but never again!!! I buy Açaí dishes often but never will I buy here again.

Hands down the best value for your money. I can't pass this place and not stop in. I've been to other acai and smoothie bars that charge more for half the portion that Baya Bar serves. Absolutely delicious. Cozy and quiet place to sit and eat. Love this place. Will continue to return

Both the outside and inside are beautifully decorated. Love the tropical theme Inside is super neat and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered one bowl from the menu and one custom. Both were delicious! Will definitely go again!
