It's a great place for food and drinks. I had the Cajun salmon. It was delicious. The drinks were perfect. The waiter we had was on point. His name was E. I can't remember the last time I went out to eat and everything was to perfection. I highly recommend Ben's Crab in Oceanside. You're going to love it.

This review is long overdue! I’ve been to Ben’s Crab twice—once with my daughter and once with the bros—and both visits were a blast. The servers were super communicative and made my daughter’s day by offering her all kinds of juices, which I appreciated. When I went with the bros, we all tried different seafood boils, and none of us had any complaints. I always go for the garlic butter—it’s so good I want to drink the whole bag, despite knowing the health risks! Drinks were also on point. I definitely need to come back soon before the weather gets crazy. Highly recommend!

Foremost, service was great. Food very good. Took the family based on reviews, and the fact it was my birthday, and I love seafood (run on sentence). Place looks run down and honesty started to regret the reservation but decided to give it a chance. Food stains on walls deters from the atmosphere. Upstairs bar not an area to bring family with kids. Staff was great and accommodating but management/owner needs to breath a little life into the infrastructure.

Celebrated my 21st birthday here. The restaurant was kind of dead and our table was really wobbly (we spilled drinks because of this), BUT the food was delicious and our waiter was really nice! The drinks are STRONG so be prepared and they played R&B through our whole visit which I loved.
Loved the seafood boil so much! It was oily/buttery. It was a nice think sauce, not a lot of sea food restaurants do that! Definitely coming back.

Went here on a normal wednesday for dinner. The food was excellent without a legnthy wait time, prices was also very affordable, left this place very full and happy would definitely return. Also, ask for Etbert he is one of the most welcoming, extremely friendly waiter I've met in a while. He made the experience more than a 5 stars for me.

I thoroughly enjoyed this meal. We had lemon pepper wings and they were delicious. We also had fried lobster tails and they were terrific. Our drinks were great as well. Overall, it's worth it's price.
Hands down one of the best crab boil I've ever had! And the Romeo was an amazing waiter who made the experience even better
