Can’t say enough about our experience last night. It was pouring raining but my husband wanted to go out for dinner. We showed up at around 9pm , after another restaurant wouldn’t seat us. Service and food was incredible!! We were not rushed even though we were the only ones left at that point. They kept telling us, to enjoy and not rush. Is definitely now our favourite place.

Cocktails were great, love the bartender who was an ace! Seafood sampler was delicious, mussels were perfect and my crepes Suzette rocked! Others enjoyed the beef bourginion and lamb.

We always have a great experience at Brasserie Persil. The food and service can't be beat. The bar menu has a great selection of cocktails, wines and bourbons. Hasan is so accommodating and makes you feel at home. We need to come here more often.

I'd rate Brasserie Persia four and a half stars. The best whiskey selection I've seen on Long Island and one of the top selections I've seen in the greater metropolitan area. Must have had around fifty limited editions and rare finds. Plenty at reasonable prices. Also nice options for wines and craft beers. I enjoyed a pour of Old Forester's Single Barrel Barrel Strenght bourbon. Super happy with it. Food wise, we started with the daily soup special - a creamy asparagus soup. Quite viscose which actually made it perfect for dipping their complimentary baguette slices in. For our main course, we shared the mushroom ravioli and the fish special which was a pecan crusted whitefish (I believe snapper). Spinach was included in both dishes which came out good. I think we both preferred the ravioli. Service was attentive and accommodating. Pacing of the food was nice. There were two single occupancy restrooms.

Perfect place for date night or dinner with friends. Cozy , elegant ambience . Professional , formal, friendly wait staff. You're never with an empty water glass or needing to look for your server.,they are attentive , always there but you don't feel them . Love that feeling like you're a regular patron from your first time. . The food is superb. The menu has choices for all palettes and the the mixologist knows how to make a drink. We give Brasserie Persil 10 out of 10

I gave 5 stars for food, service and atmosphere because it's no exaggeration. An incredible experience all around. We did a Saturday night birthday dinner for my lady. Place was packed but we were treated with care and attention. Romantic atmosphere that you would expect from a French restaurant. Food was exceptional. I reccomend the French onion soup.I really look forward to returning. Price was very reasonable and Brasserie Persil helped me create a great night for the woman I love.Excellent job. Merci beaucoup ?

This was my first time here after living in the area for 6 years and it certainly wont be my last. The Bread they serve came out piping hot and it was simply delicious. French onion soup excellent, I had the walnut salmon which was perfectly cooked. Pork pailard for my date and another excellent menu choice. We both started with their signature martinis which we both enjoyed. Didnt have room for dessert but I will be back soon to try it. Neighborhood gem. ?

Enjoyed the food. Wished I had ordered the duck instead of the rack of lamb. The rack of lamb was very good but wished it had more seasoning. Could be my personal taste. Quality was excellent. The service was excellent.

Disappointed in food. Grilled chicken waldorf salad was pounded thin, which is fine, but it was so dry and tasteless. And since when does a Waldorf Salad have green beans and beets. It was more of a pot luck salad. The Sole Muniere was tasty but the fish was not sole. Sole is very delicate and this was some other kind of filet of fish. Not very busy. Wait staff was pretty good and the bussesr was more tentative then the wait staff. Ambiance ... Persil.

My favorite restaurant! I've come on numerous occasions. They never disappoint me. I visited for my last two birthdays and was extremely happy with the service and food. We will be back.

Terrible service. I ordered a crepe to go and they gave me 3 little pieces of bread with nothing on it for $12 and wont exchange it or give s refund back. Basically scammed me and took $12 from me.

Although we made reservation but not feel like welcomed by main waiter. He was so rude on holiday family dinner and service was so slow. Food and chef are great but mainly we had to contact to waiter which is unpleasant. We order good amount of total price and paid big tips but he just took tips without smile. Any individual questions and request, should've been able to serve as professional instead of cold attitude.

I've dined here several times, always because someone else wants to meet there. I waited until this last time to make sure my assessment was fair and based on commonalities between my five visits. THE GROWS: Service is pleasant but slow. Each time it took upwards of a half hour or longer to get an order taken. It was a Friday night, but there were only 5 tables of patrons (4 or less people at each table). There is a musty smell that permeates when you walk past the bar area. I know the neighborhood gets hit with a lot of flooding due to its proximity to the water, but it is noticeable in that area between the bar and table area, near where the kitchen entrance is positioned. My friend asked for lemon for her fish entree and it never arrived, despite asking an additional time. I ordered the profiteroles for dessert; the creme puffs were on the stale side, very dry, so much so that I scraped the ice cream out and just ate that. THE GLOWS: The filet of sole meuniere is fresh, lemony, and beautifully plated with rice and vegetables. The cauliflower soup that evening was memorable. Runners were attentive and refilled our waters regularly. Overall, the food is decent, but the aforementioned "grows" were consistent during all of my visits.
