On Saturday night 8/17/19 our waitress was the worst, rude from the start. My entire table got alcohol but she rolled her eyes when I said I didn't want an alcoholic drink. I asked for chips & salsa and that took 30minutes. It proceeded to get worse especially when she brought the bill, that said $38 and change. We gave her a card and $6 cash which is a 15% tip, too giving for the treatment we got. She then came back with a receipt to sign that said $52 and change; and the itemized copy of the bill was gone. We flagged her down in confusion, 25minutes later she brought an itemized bill that said $52. We said so who's bill was $38 because that's the first bill you gave us, she acted like she had no idea what we were talking about. We signed the receipt and left. No she didn't get more of a tip equivalent to the $52 bill. Also, my best friend & I are both servers for 10+ years and never treat guests like she treated us. I don't know her name because she never said it but she had glasses and long braids.

I have to give my up most honest feedback about this location. First off I would like to say that I love Buffalo Wild Wings but after my experience tonight, I probably wouldn't eat there for a wild. #1 My girlfriend and I went to the location on Oceanside, she ordered a Pina Colada. The waitress stayed that they ran out of Pineapples so she was in able to make it, ok no big deal I understand things happen. She orders a ginger ale instead. The ginger ale tasted like Ginger in water. Horrible!! Even the waitress stated that people don't like it because it comes out of a bottle. Now my girl
0 customer service. Waited for over 15 minutes at the hostess station, no hostess. Place was empty. Wonder how it would be if it was full!

Me and my friends went here to eat and talk business. The food came out fast and quickly. The waitress was very caring and attentive. Even the manager came out to make sure everything was good. It's like they knew I was coming in to do a review on them. Dining area was cool and clean for the summer. Bathrooms OK. Worth Checking Out.

This BWW was overpriced for basic food and the server and service we got was TERRIBLE. It was practically empty yet we waited nearly a half an hour for wings. Meanwhile, the table after us got their food way before us.
