I was there today and everything was good until I saw one of your work come from the sitting are where the tables are and switch the sandwiches and the one he brought back from the sitting area was given to me and when I confronted him and i said you don't do that, he said to me they didn't touched but to me that is not ok. Very dissatisfied with that answers, and i said againg you don't do that, and he said to me thank you for the input. I been going there for year I rethinking of going back, the way he handled it wasn't the right way. I hope you guys do something about this and it doesn't happen to someone else.

This place is absolutely careless and unprofessional. I placed three separate orders through Uber Eats — all of them were wrong. They consistently forgot items I paid for — drinks, desserts, and especially the extra patty I was charged for every single time. Three burgers, three screw-ups. This feels less like a mistake and more like a pattern of scamming customers. I called to complain — they hung up on me, and then completely stopped answering. You’re literally stealing from people, and if you can’t handle basic service or show respect, you shouldn’t be in business.

The worst Burger King I’ve been to. Food was soggy and cold. Barely any fries in the container no salt on them. I added cheese to my chicken sandwich I get home and there’s no cheese on it. I forgot to order tots so when I pulled up to window I asked for them and the girl said I can’t take an order at the window. I have never been to a food establishment where I wasn’t able to add on. It’s not like it was busy. Worst place I will drive to Freeport BK before I go here. Poorly managed

Ugh don't get me started. The blonde lady with glasses is so disrespectful. When I pulled up to the window she had a huge attitude. I asked her for an vanilla oreo shake and they didn't have it and she groaned and grunted like a badger. She didn't let me complete my order and just told me to pull up the window. When I did so she did not say a word and was giving me dirty looks. This establishment needs to be looked at by corporate.
