Went here to meet and friend and we've been coming back weekly ever since. The coffee is amazing. I gave it four stars for food because the sandwich I got was too spicy and and the level of heat wasn't properly indicated.
The ambiance is amazing and the owner fantastic. He stays and watches over the place like a proud poppa. Super chill and friendly. I'll definitely be going back next week.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a coffee shop. Staff was rude to customers and wait time was very long. I waited 15 minutes just to get my order taken and then waited another 15 while I watched them make drinks for people that came after me before making mine. Coffee was overpriced and staff was rude.
Edit* I actually wouldn’t have minded the wait as I saw it was busy and still chose to stay, understanding the stressful situation for the staff. It was when I saw multiple lucky charm and Oreo lattes which I saw required crushing up lucky charms and whipping up green cold foam while I ordered a simple cold brew with milk that I got upset.

I’ve been to every local coffee shop you could think of within the radius of Oceanside to Long Beach. Without doubt this is THE best local coffee shop in the area. Small, quaint little hole in the wall type of shop next to the Oceanside train station that puts out THE best coffee and baked goods. The Pistachio Tiramisu was a total knock out, so so so so good. The owner Vish has to be one of the nicest people I’ve met as well. A hands on owner you can find behind the counter whipping up coffees or out on the patio engaging with his guests. Very nice spot I highly recommend coming here. Their cold brew is the best.

Let me start by saying this is some of the best coffee in the the area. You can taste the difference. Each drink is made exactly how you specify and has great flavor. The pastries are out of control fresh and innovative I particularly like the chocolate pretzel and the cinnamon scone. The service is always top notch. Just be prepared to wait because it takes time to do things the right way. If you can't wait and don't appreciate good coffee go somewhere else.
The Avo toast was super mid. Sourdough was dense. I would recommend using an artisanal sourdough and jazzing up the Avo a little more.
The feta pastry is bomb tho.

shoutout to the owner. we came here three or four times here. we didn’t realize that they were closed. they make the best refresher and the best and the best BLT we had ever had. thank you Visch and team, when we come here again for sure
