The ice cream is carvel. It’s fine. No tables, no chairs. If you have a little kid there’s nowhere for them to sit.
I was here with my 4 year old. He had to use the bathroom. I asked if he could use the restroom. I was told, “it’s not for the public.” I responded and said can my 4 year old please use the bathroom so he doesn’t have an accident. I was again told no.
This place sucks. Don’t go here.

The employee was so disrespectful. Not only did he have headphones in, and it seemed like he was on a call, but he was more interested in looking around at other customers than actually listening to my order. I had to repeat my order at least 3 times before he actually listened to it and still got it wrong. At one point, it looked like his friends or family walked in, and he dropped everything he was doing for me to go chitchat with them. I'm not sure if he made eye contact with me once. I will never go back here.

This place is the absolute worst! The employee barely looked up to get off his phone while making my order. The person before me was horrified as well. Poor customer service, the product is made poorly and the store is not clean. Will never go back. I suspect they don’t even care given the attitude behind the counter. The only words he uttered was the price. I do not know why anyone would frequent this place -frozen side is even better than this.

Ordered through a delivery service for the second time (second location) , The first location we ordered from gave almost nothing in our sundae dashers , this location on the other hand went above and beyond , not only with safely packing the 3 dashers we ordered to ensure they wouldn’t fall & couldn’t be tampered with but they literally layered them exactly like the pictures! Thank you guys ! This was a treat for a birthday dinner & we really enjoyed this !

Horrible horrible terrible awful! Ordered items in person and toppings missing once we arrived home. Hot fudge missing on 2 items and no whip cream on other item. Display cakes are decorated like someone let a preschool kid do it. Last time I went I ordered chocolate crunchies for my topping and when I got home it had crunchies and nuts. Word of advice to make sure you watch staff don’t skimp on your toppings and don’t forget the topping! Go elsewhere for ice cream especially bc here there’s no where to even sit to eat it !

I don't know what happened but the two sundaes we had tasted like chemical. First they said there was no mint then all of a sudden got the machine working. They were not even tolerable to eat. Threw everything in the garbage. Third time ordering from here and there's always something wrong. Not attempting here anymore after this awful experience.Eat at your own risk!
