This place is the absolute worst! The employee barely looked up to get off his phone while making my order. The person before me was horrified as well. Poor customer service, the product is made poorly and the store is not clean. Will never go back. I suspect they don’t even care given the attitude behind the counter. The only words he uttered was the price. I do not know why anyone would frequent this place -frozen side is even better than this.

Ordered through a delivery service for the second time (second location) , The first location we ordered from gave almost nothing in our sundae dashers , this location on the other hand went above and beyond , not only with safely packing the 3 dashers we ordered to ensure they wouldn’t fall & couldn’t be tampered with but they literally layered them exactly like the pictures! Thank you guys ! This was a treat for a birthday dinner & we really enjoyed this !

Horrible horrible terrible awful! Ordered items in person and toppings missing once we arrived home. Hot fudge missing on 2 items and no whip cream on other item. Display cakes are decorated like someone let a preschool kid do it. Last time I went I ordered chocolate crunchies for my topping and when I got home it had crunchies and nuts. Word of advice to make sure you watch staff don’t skimp on your toppings and don’t forget the topping! Go elsewhere for ice cream especially bc here there’s no where to even sit to eat it !

My family and I have been coming here for years, and we are ALWAYS amazed. The staff are incredibly friendly, the treats are ALWAYS delicious, and this is, by far, my favorite place to get ice cream!

This place is honestly a sh** show. I go in there to get a Ice cream cup and the man and a women were just standing behind the counter not helping me. If I could give a place a zero it would be here . The smell in this store is so bad and it is dirty . To top it all off my Ice-cream tasted like bug spray. Not sure what has happened to carvel but I will most definitely be going to Rockville center from now on!!

TLDR; skip this horrible carvel and go to the East rockaway one I've come here a few times and it just never goes well. This time really just destroyed any chance of me being back. This carvel always has either young teens working who don't care at all and don't know how to do anything, or the entire owners family working who also don't care. This time was the latter. Clearly the owners son and daughter were working while he was just sitting there watching them. The son, who had to be like 14, took the orders. He had no idea what was happening, he kept looking to his sister who wouldn't help him at all. He didn't know what any of the toppings were, it was just a disaster. Every time I go in here I try to get a fresh bonnet (I just don't like the frozen as much) and they tell me they are out of the bonnet sauce but that the ones in the freezer were just made. As someone who worked for carvel, they are just lying because they are too lazy to make it. Those cans are huge and lasted a month. It's just not possible they are always out. Usually I don't complain about hairs in food because humans are humans and it happens sometimes but pulling out a long hair of the ice cream right after all of this was just the cherry on top for me. They just don't care at all in there

I don't know what happened but the two sundaes we had tasted like chemical. First they said there was no mint then all of a sudden got the machine working. They were not even tolerable to eat. Threw everything in the garbage. Third time ordering from here and there's always something wrong. Not attempting here anymore after this awful experience.Eat at your own risk!

The customer service was terrible!!!, when I did inside the lady was talking by her cellphone, and I have to waiting for she's done her "CALL", she didn't care I was waiting for my service. ?

I walked into Carvel and saw 4 young kids working behind the register and 2 or 3 of the friends on the other side as customers. Besides their friends we were the only customers in the store and it took a few minutes for someone to take car of us. Someone finally took my order (a small oreo milkshake) and the person taking our order asked what was in the milkshake and I had to tell him. after my milkshake was made the kid put it on the counter and then his friend took the shake and walked out the door with it. she came back and said "this isn't my shake" and then put it back on the counter and immediately left. i then had to ask for them to make me a new one because i don't know if she took a sip out of it already, and they didn't even offer me a new one until i had to ask for one. then my girlfriend asked for a shake as well and she wound up getting the complete wrong shake and the cup that she got wasn't even half full. i was very upset at what happened at carvel today and those kids shouldn't be allowed to be working together and having their friends come in as customers and distracting them and causing a scene!
