This is by far the dirtiest and rudest Chipotle I’ve ever eaten at. The food was cold, tables filthy, soda and condiments area empty and dirty. Take a short drive to Moe’s instead. The owners should feel ashamed. Gross!

This place is terrible. The rice and black beans are always hard as a rock. This place made me never want to eat at chipotle again, go to guac time way better food.

Terribly slow staff. There are about 20 people in line, and only one person working the counter, moving very slowly. Nobody seems to care. The line doesn’t even fit inside the store — it goes out the door. Why doesn’t the manager put two people on during rush hour? Makes no sense

instead of taking order staff was smoking a oil pen in the back and talking bad about customers should have done better in school and maybe u wouldn't be working in fast food

Ordered a fountain drink for an agua fresca, which I mentioned was what I wanted. Went to fill it and the agua fresca machine wasn’t there and the soda machine only had water. I went back to the counter and told the girl the situation and she looked at me like I was insane and said, “I know.” Girl… why did you sell me a drink when you know you have no drinks? She handed me a lemonade from the fridge without asking what I wanted. Bizarre. Also, this place is the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve been inside.

Sadly, I have gone to this location twice and twice they’ve gotten my order wrong. The staff is friendly, but the quality control sadly leaves more to be desired.

Girl at the food takeout station who was working yesterday on August 6th, was extremely rude to my father and I. We thought there was only one taco so we approached her and just asked if there was only one taco when we ordered two. She snapped at us right away and was extremely rude. I never write negative reviews on Google but this has to be addressed. We were mistaken and apologized, but were polite the whole time. I am still baffled at our interaction with her. I understand having a bad day but I’ve never been treated like this at a restaurant, or any establishment. I felt like we were little kids being yelled at and scolded. And looking at all these other reviews on this particular location, I’m not the only one who thinks this place needs to retrain their employees. Do better Chipotle.

For starters like many other reviews have listed this location is incredibly messy. Garbage always overflowing and floor and tables are covered with crumbs. The selection is mostly limited as well. There have been times I go in after the dinner rush and they don't have chicken, steak, or white rice. Seriously how do you not have rice. Staff can be 50/50 sometimes friendly sometimes not but I'm more worried about the food. Presentation is half of the product and this location does not worry about the presentation. Portions are awful you barely get a pound of food total and for the price it simply is not worth it. Sad to see because I would eat here daily when it first opened a little over 10 years ago but this is the current state. Would recommend going to the Merrick location instead.

Literally the most unprepared Chipotle l've ever been to. I've been going here on and off for years and they never have most items prepared.

They're always super low on rice or steak for example and they wait until it's completely empty before they start firing up more meat or rice. Causing really long wait times. The employees always have attitudes and their whole counter where they prepare our food is always super dirty. Find another place because this one is horrible.

I am severely disappointed in Chipotle and to whoever packed my lunch today at around 2:50. I ordered 2 lunches for me and my best friends and we did not get what I ordered. For me I ordered chicken, lettuce, pinto beans, white rice, pico, guac, corn and cheese with sour cream and I got non of that. Instead I got a very sad order of white rice lettuce and steak. I wasted so much money on an order bc I was starving to just get met with nothing at all. CHIPOTLE NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB AT TRAINING PEOPLE. My friends order was the same it contained nothing that she asked for

I’ve been here a few times in the past 2 months… it’s a dirty place!! All the tables & floors are gross! The soda fountain dirty and sloppy!
But the worse part?? When you’re ordering your food… all the spills, workers don’t wear gloves, dirty floors, really disgusting! No managers! The place is run by Hugh school kids… they don’t really care about hygiene or cleanliness!!
NASTY!!
