Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is filthy! I recently visited the Oceanside Chipotle, and I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. The floors were sticky, tables were covered in rice/lettuce and spills, and the trash bins were overflowing. The soda station was a mess, with ice and drink spills everywhere. Even worse, the counters where food is prepared didn’t look clean.

While I’ve enjoyed Chipotle in the past, this experience really turned me off. Cleanliness should be a top priority, especially in a restaurant. I hope they step up their maintenance because right now, it’s unacceptable.

this restaurant used to be better used to give big portions not anymore. Staff looks sad and overworked and it's very expensive

It took me a long time to be served, the food was cold, the food tasted very good but I witnessed a fight inside the establishment, a lot of attention is needed from the management in hygiene and improving customer service

worst location and they never get the order right. We have a business and spend a lot of money there a few hundred dollar order and it is never right, never!

Dirty garbage overflowing staff is miserable doesn’t respond when you ask something legit just stare at you like your dumb tables are filthy never have ice

I was relatively certain my burrito gave me food poisoning, which I spoke to a friend about. She mentioned getting sick from this location in particular twice in the last few months. Very disappointing. Turned off of chipotle for the foreseeable future.

- guac ** (believed culprit because it’s the only component not common amongst the two burritos ordered)

The facility was dirty. We asked the cashier to clean the tables and she asked which one we wanted to sit at and that was the only one she cleaned( sort of) . The Diet Coke machine was not working, and she shrugged her shoulders. We asked for chips and she said there was no more left. It was 8:20 on a Friday night. Will not be going back to this facility because Moe’s is just up the block.

I don’t understand why this particular location is always dirty. The dining room tables were ALL a mess. I had to wipe my own table before sitting down to eat with my friend. And the day I went to have the brisket which is available now “for a limited time”, they had none. Seriously? How do you run out of the meat that’s being advertised all over TV right now? I was extremely disappointed. That said you can’t go wrong with the barbacoa . My food was actually fine. And sitting in that dining room to eat will not happen again. There were at least 7-8 employees working and two of them did NOT seem busy at all, standing around the cash register and chatting with other employees. It is convenient as far as location but from now on I’ll take my Chipotle business to Merrick. With all these negative reviews you’d think that corporate would step in and either retrain the manager or find one who cares about his customers.

Management and staff are disgusting and rude. They tried charging me extra for a drop of extra meat. They then only gave me 1 baby scoop of meat like it was gonna be able full someone. Will never come back to this location. This place needs to be shut down.

Bad service, rude and slow

Can I know what is wrong with people at Chipotle? I used to go all the time, and all of a sudden, they started counting how much food they put on ur bowl or burrito. I asked for extra lettuce, and this guy put 4 leafts of lettuce in my bowl and 3 little cubes of tomatoes. I go to Chipotle to eat, not just to look at the food
Also it is so very messi, food is everywhere is looks disgusting

Poorly run facility. After a horrible experience with pickup a couple of months ago (over 30 minute wait and rude employees), I said let me try again -maybe it was a bad day . Today I walked in and was in total disbelief that a Chipotle location looks like this. The place was beyond filthy! Extremely dirty and sloppy food stations and a total mess around the entire restaurant. I took a video of how nasty the place was. Too bad Google won’t allow me to upload (photos only) ! Never again!

I like Chipotle! The Oceanside location is absolutely horrific! They go out of their way to show you they truly have no care or concern for you or your order.

Everytime I come here— they don’t have a certain item on the menu. I go today— they don’t have white rice.

2 weeks I ordered a salad bowl (with the vinaigrette dressing) and was told they don’t have it.
BOTH INSTANCES I WASNT GIVEN A REASON AS TO WHY OR AN APOLOGY. This is not how a franchise should be ran.
