Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. I paid full price for a bowl and was literally given almost no food — what’s the point of ordering if the bowl is basically empty? On top of that, the staff had terrible attitudes and acted like my order was an inconvenience to them, even though the mistake was entirely on their end. It’s ridiculous to charge premium fast-casual prices and then serve nothing while being rude about it. Chipotle used to be about value and service, but this location clearly doesn’t care about either. I won’t be coming back.

Absolutely terrible customer service, they gave me too little rice that couldn't make more then two bowls then decided to be nasty and say was lying about not having enough food, the catering trays are suppose to feel 4-6 people it only feed two. I do not recommend this location. I would go to valley stream they are a lot nicer and not nasty when u have a concern.

While I was ordering my food yesterday me and my wife, over heard Who I believe is the general manager scolding and belittling her employees. We Were absolutely disgusted, The dinning room was absolutely disgusting she should have been putting more effort into having it cleaned.

Came here with my family today and service was spectacular! New manger janiyah was the best came and checked on my family not only that, restaurant was clean and this is surprising this restaurant has been the worst for years i live down the street so i come here often ! love the change in atmosphere cant wait to come back !!

The staff was super nice after a miscommunication on my part, they were extremely helpful and resolved the issue. I have zero complaints. Huge thank you to JANIYA and the rest of the staff!

This is your typical Chipotle, which guarantees three things, amazing guac, a total mess, and some of the worst customer service, with some of the most unhappy employees in any business setting. Keep up the good work Chipotle, and God, please let them open a Qudoba in my area as soon as possible,

This place needs to learn how to manage the staff. Line to the door, yet inly 1 out of 6 workers is helping customers ! Folks customers always come first ! Basis business principle.

This is by far the dirtiest and rudest Chipotle I’ve ever eaten at. The food was cold, tables filthy, soda and condiments area empty and dirty. Take a short drive to Moe’s instead. The owners should feel ashamed. Gross!

Terribly slow staff. There are about 20 people in line, and only one person working the counter, moving very slowly. Nobody seems to care. The line doesn’t even fit inside the store — it goes out the door. Why doesn’t the manager put two people on during rush hour? Makes no sense
