This location is deplorable. They’re always out of everything. Cross contamination. Found a piece of steak in my side of sour cream. Tables are Filthy. No one bothers to wipe them down. They ran out of forks, like seriously?! No one seems to care. The food station is always disgusting, no one cleans up at all and you see chunks of meat in the pico de gallo, lettuce in the sour cream etc. I was denied a reasonable amount of cheese because “that was the last they had” at 4 pm. A chimpanzee could run this place better than the current management. They’re due for a visit from corporate that’s for sure. Someone needs to clean that place up or shut it down. Do yourself a favor and go to Moes.

This chipotle is terrible. They never have vinaigrette. The staff is SO RUDE- actually terrible. They also never have chips ready. I paid online for a burrito, a bowl and 2 bags of chips and i showed up they didn’t have chips but i already paid for them and they wouldn’t give me my money back. They also didn’t have corn. what chipotle doesn’t have chips or corn? Their soda machine is also never working. and once again the staff is absolutely horrible. If you’re not gonna have ingredients - don’t be rude to your customers. Look at this picture of the burrito? I think I could make a better one.

First off, Chipotle food is delicious. This review has nothing to do with the food. It has everything to do with the service. I travel all over the island, I frequent different locations and I never have a problem. It's only when I go to the Oceanside location. The line is to the door every time and the manager couldn't care less. During The 40 minutes that I was on line 4 people walked out because it was moving so slow, (which happens every time I go there). Then when it's finally my turn the manager takes a phone call, then puts a untrained new person to replace him. I actually felt bad for her. DON'T GO TO THE OCEANSIDE LOCATION!! Now I will gladly travel to a different location.

Chipotle? More like Crapotle! My recent visit was an absolute disgrace. The staff were incompetent who couldn't pour salsa if their lives depended on it. Especially to the weekday manager who can’t even organize job interviews with 5 people there who were waiting to get interviewed by this idiot! The food tasted like it had been regurgitated by a sick pigeon – bland, soggy, and utterly repulsive. And the prices? They must be smoking something stronger than their burnt, overcooked beans to justify charging that much for garbage. Do yourself a favor and spare your taste buds the trauma of setting foot in this culinary wasteland.

I can go on and on about how poor this location is. I have sent numerous messages to chipotle over the last 18-24 months and not even the slightest improvements. From missing items in my order to the order being late to unsanitary restaurant conditions with garbage overflowing. I always wonder why I still buy from Chipotle. I’m always better off going to Moe’s down the street where I have never had a problem and the restaurant is a lot cleaner than Oceanside Chipotle. Chipotle always says they’ll do better but have yet to see it.It’s not just me look at all of these negative reviews. This location either needs to have corporate come and take over or close down. New management that is not corporate won’t work.

This could potentially be the WORST Chipotle in America. If you can get a proper order out of this place, more power to you. I exclusively order through their app for pickup, so my order is LITERALLY ON PAPER. Imagine ordering a quesadilla , and it having no cheese ???? HELLO ??? OR ordering a quesadilla and it shows up as a bowl with all the quesadilla ingredients minus the tortilla. Blind people work here, and there is clearly no Manager guidance at all. Corporate needs to look at this place. Order is wrong 9 out of 10 times. The saving grace is that sometimes the food tastes good, the 1 time they get it right.

Told the person taking my order I wanted three tacos.The started to prepare two bowls.Should of stopped right there.I agreed to take the two bowls.Then they rushed me along and proceeded to meet up the order.Then the cashier forgot to ring up the beverages so they had to charge me separately for the food and drinks.when By the time I started to eat the food it was so salty.It was not eatable.Wasted over $20.00 for disgusting food.
