How does the time say they close at 10PM and I went at 9:50 to ask a Question and the doors were locked. The older lady refused to open the door to me and said they were closed but had 10 minutes to spare.

Very rude and unkind people .. my mother who is an elderly person had an emergency and needed to use the bathroom and although she was going to buy something they wouldn't let her use the bathroom until she bought something, how was she going to go in the bathroom holding her coffee and donuts???? avoid this place.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. The bagel was old and stale and I couldn’t even bite into it. And the donut I ordered was not soft and fresh. I order this every day from other D & D’s but this place was really bad. I wouldn’t normally write a bad review but you shouldn’t be selling stale stuff. I spent $36 in there and this shouldn’t happen.

Usually when I have ordered here my ice coffees were perfect however I visited today and I ordered in the mobile app. Only 1 of my ice coffees was made and the worker proceeded to help other guests who did not know what they wanted. I was waiting there for my other coffee to be made, when it was eventually made after the people that walked in after me was done. I left and drank my ice coffee in the car and it was so dark, I only drink coffee light with 5 creams. This tasted like milk. I did not go back in because I don’t like confrontation but I am disappointed.
Other than the bathroom being out of order, there were no issues at this Dunkin location. Situated on the corner in a small shopping strip, there was plenty of parking in the lot out front. Pretty big store, with plenty of tables and chairs. Very clean, and seemed very busy. Ordered in the app. Waited maybe two minutes for my order, which was served with a smile. Accessible ♿️. Nice place.
