It's sadly a trend I'm seeing at basically every Dunkin, but the quality just makes me feel like I waste my money every time I come. The food is almost never heated properly and the drinks are a guessing game on if it will be made right or not.
The one I went to had extremely slow service. The staff was not personable. They didn't offer any suggestions or possible add ons that I might want.

Food & drinks was made quick, but after they changed staff.. wow so rude! I've been stopping in 2-3x's per week at this location. Today, the girl who took my order sorta glared at me. Woman who gave me my sandwich dropped it on the pick up table, when I said "have a nice day" she rolled her eyes at me! By the way I tip nearly every time I go there (except when using my debit card).I won't be back as this is 3rd time they've been rude for no reason. Too many other Dunkins in LI to give my biz to.Good luck
