Consistency! This place is extremely consistent. It’s not the most convenient place for me but this is where I get my coffee at least five days a week. Because they are consistent with product, service and cleanliness.
I ordered an egg and cheese croissant from Dunkin’ Donuts this morning, but after coming home, I was extremely disappointed and upset to discover it contained pork. As a Muslim, my religion strictly forbids the consumption of pork and related products. I specifically chose an egg and cheese item to avoid any issues, yet I was unknowingly served something that goes against my religious beliefs.
This mistake is unacceptable. Dunkin’ should ensure that orders are handled with attention and care, especially when it comes to dietary and religious restrictions. Mislabeling or mishandling orders like this shows a serious lack of responsibility and consideration. I hope Dunkin’ takes this matter seriously and improves its quality control to avoid putting customers in such uncomfortable and distressing situations in the future.

Long story short: would give 6 Stars if possible. Was short .29 cents picking up a Iced caramel Latte for a friend working at Star Bazaar down the block. Out of the shadows, Abraham (manager?) (hero, like Him - ye haha). Came out with a $1 and helped 2 guests, not just myself. Those are the types of people and businesses you should want to do business with. Mike sands?

Service is horrible before the rebuild, but I gave it another chance after the rebuild service is still horrible young lady behind the counter looked at me three times never asked me what I wanted kept just walking around the counter

In a good location. I stop a lot actually. There was a period where they wouldn't let me use the bathroom until after I bought my coffee. That's so new age.. I like old school places that just assume you will order because it's the right thing to do if you use the bathroom. I think they grew up and let you go in before ordering now. Yay
