I just realized Five Guys opened in Oceanside. I usually go to the Merrick location but this is closer and I decided to check it out. I ordered on the app and went to pick up. There were numerous workers behind the counter and the store was empty. I had never been in there before so wasn’t sure if I should speak to someone at the cash register but not 1 person greeted or acknowledged me. So I just headed to the back where I saw the food being made and that worker was very nice. He prepared my food and it was pretty good. The extra star is for him.

Should have gone to McDs across the street... $22 and everything was soggy... How is that possible? I was literally the only patron in the restaurant. 5 employees and no one thinks to toast the bun? What about the fries? While I appreciate the extra Cajun fries in the bag. why are they soggy, have they just been sitting there?

Bun was not toasted and became soggy because they had to wait for my well done fries. Put what had to be half a bottle of mayo and mustard on the burger. No salt on my fries. One of the worst burgers I’ve ever had at a five guys.

Older white manger in oceanside was very rude and inconsiderate; she ruined the entire dining experience. Waste of money, wouldn't even think of coming back to this location. The one in Westbury was much better. At that one you don’t hear mangers yelling at workers over

I liked the ice cream and their hamburgers and the peanuts to make the wait shorter.

Overpriced garbage. $8 for a hot dog?? $12 for a hamburger, and doesn't even come with fries??? $3 for a 20 ounce bottle of water?? Get a $2 hot dog from 7 eleven. They are pretty damn good. Or get a $5 biggie bag from Wendy's. You get a double stack, small fries, 4 chicken nuggets, and a small drink all for $5. Anyone who still eats at five guys isn't too bright.

Great atmosphere, staff was warm and inviting. Food was above medium grade in terms of a fast food burger. Fed a craving and nothing more. Would visit again, in at least 18 months.

My girlfriend and I had a truly remarkable dining experience at a charming local spot in LI. To satisfy my hunger, I indulged in the delectable combination of beef flank, cheeseburger, and hamburger, while my girlfriend opted for the equally delightful cheeseburger and hamburger. Despite the long line for pick-up service, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly our food was ready. The atmosphere of the place had a nostalgic touch, reminiscent of the groovy vibes of the 1970s. We were so captivated by the unique ambiance that we've already made up our minds to return. We genuinely appreciate the wonderful time we had. Thank you!

Me and my friend were 2/5 people here for our 30 minute lunch break. We drove 10 minutes to get there and you have to just love paying 17$ for a meal and when you get back there’s no cheese. On the receipt you can even say CB for cheeseburger.
