Delicious and creamy ice cream. We had the strawberry (made with real strawberries and no dye!), banana (made with real bananas), and coffee (best I have ever had) and would recommend them all. Very friendly service!

This place is straight garbage . I went there for a thick milk shake and it was soupy . Not thick at all and it cost me about $10 . Carvel is cheaper and better . I was going to go back inside and make him fix it but I didn’t . 0 stars

Such an amazing place ! My son turned two today and we went to buy a birthday cake and it was just Amazing, the best ice cream I have tried around! Also the banana ice cream it just delicious.

This is probably the best ice cream in the area. I was not expecting it to be so creamy, and they have great flavor options. I'll never go back to Carvel after this.
New to the neighborhood and I always drive by with my daughters saying we should go one day. My husband is sick and requested ice cream so I jumped up and said to my daughter omg we should go to frozenside ! Staff was very nice and patient being our first time. The young girl had a nice conversation with my daughter who will soon start middle school. I loved the vibe my daughter and I came home talking about how good the ice cream was and we know what we will order next time.

Such exceptional service by a young lady with blonde hair, she was patient with the kids as they picked their flavors and toppings. Place is clean and well stocked, would definitely recommend. Great prices as well. Their coffee soft serve is out of this world.

Normally I like to promote local mom and pop places, and this place did have a very friendly staff and a nice selection of ice cream, the problem started when I went outside to eat it. I started hearing a strange noise I couldn’t place and started looking around for it. Eventually I focused on the light fixture over the front door, and when I stood up and really looked at it, what I saw was mice trying to claw their way out. Absolutely disgusting! I get that pest issues happen, but places that serve food need to be much more vigilant about it than anywhere else. People could get sick and that should be a huge concern , especially when the major of their customers are children!
