A very good slice, one of the best I've had on Long Island, highlighted by one of the nastiest people behind a register I've ever met. She was very frustrated I was paying with a card. Asked me not once but 4x if I was within 30 seconds. Legit not that serious, because of the interaction on a dead afternoon, I won't be returning.

Dark, dirty and dreary. We stopped in just for a quick bite and were met with attitude. Girl at the counter slamming stuff, not friendly and the place was empty, 1st thing I should have noticed. We got a few semi hot slices from the oven and a raw dough broccoli pinwheel. As we ate, then noticed the dirt and napkins on the floor and then started reading the reviews, which are similar to what I'm writing now a few days later. Lose the attitude at the counter girl and clean and brighten the place.

When me and my sister first walked in, we were being stared down. The lady at the front had an attitude for no reason. We had never been there before and she was waiting there with a hurry up type of face. When we finally decided on a slice of pizza, she told us it’d be a few minutes and we said okay. And then she said they had a different type of pizza ready and was saying “i don’t know what you wanna do.” So we said never mind and left. Never coming back again.

Lady at counter does not use gloves, touches the pizza with bare hands, I still ended up trying the pizza, saw the counter lady sit down put her hand on her mouth, disgusting, I threw the other pizza out. I will never go back

Unfortunate the rude women that’s behind the counter made my experience here unpleasant I’m not much for leaving reviews but I hated her customer service to the point that I’m here sitting at the restaurant eating leaving this review. Please get rid of her before she ruins this establishments reputation. This would be my 3rd and last time here. Same horrible customer service each and everytime. She completely ruined my mood for the day.
The food is either raw or burnt, the cashier is rude and nasty, it’s just not worth going. If you want food for your lunch break or a quick bite you’re better off eating Amazon food, and they should also fire that cashier, she is awful and they should hire someone who would actually make people feel welcome. STAY

The description of the Rigatoni A La Vodka pie does NOT state that there is prosciutto in it, yet there is meat hidden in the pie. As a vegetarian for almost 8 years, this is just unacceptable & horrifying. Owner, John, did not call me back, refused to issue a refund, nor did he take responsibility for not accurately listing the description of this item, while nearly all other items gave full descriptions. I had to call 3 times to even speak to Johnny Walnuts, who stated he couldn’t take the loss of 28 bucks.Upon reading reviews, I see that this happened to another vegetarian customer 3 months ago, yet the business STILL DID NOT update the description, which continues to show that the owner has no regard for his customers. The lack of disclosure could have resulted in a fatality if I was allergic to this ingredient, yet the owner stated that “no pizza places disclose this,” which is a false statement, as other pizza places on LI clearly state when there is meat in a typically vegetarian dish, such as pasta pizza. In addition, the staff request payments in cash form, despite online ordering. Everything about this place is sketchy. Stay far away. Literally go to any other pizza place in the area.

The food quality has really gone down hill in the last few years. I tried it again today because I used to love this place and wanted to give them another chance. The pepperoni pinwheel was cold inside and didn’t taste fresh, it had a tangy taste like it was old and sitting out a long time.The cashier lady was rude and pushy and when we left and said goodbye twice she didn’t even look up from her cell phone or say anything. I paid using a card and she wasn’t happy about that so I felt bad and tipped $2 to out weigh the cost on the restaurant. I regret doing something nice when I was treated poorly as a customer.

Food was delicious! Place is well kept. But the lady behind the counter is not friendly at all. Didn’t say thank you , but was happy to say thank you to the Italian couple that ordered their food. I’ll go across the street next time!
