One of my favorite Jersey Mike's. lots of space to sit. The sandwiches are consistentlLy good and I love me some cream soda. The rewards program is very good as I often get a free sub. I love drowning my sandwich in oil and vinegar. It gives it such a nice moist taste.

Discovered this sammich shop when I was visiting Pittsburgh, because I was lookin' for a good sammich, and my Californian was fantastic!
I didn't realize that there were a few of these in my area.
I came to this location because it was the closest & most convenient. Shop is very clean and staff are very helpful, friendly & efficient. Got my Californian Cheesesteak + Sour Cream & Onion Lays. It was a sublime combo with my Mexican Coke, at home. My personal favs. Note that the Californian Sammich isn't listed on the in-store menu, however it's listed on their online menu.
Folks, don't forget to join their rewards program, happy sammich'ing & enjoy. I highly recommend this location + don't forget to leave a tip folks!

I always enjoy frequenting jersey Mike’s. The food is always good sandwiches are fresh and the line moves fairly quickly even when there are numerous people waiting. I usually get the number 12 or the number 10 supreme.

I placed a curbside order that gave me a 15 min window, I arrived early but did not expect my order to be ready earlier than estimated. Now this is one sandwich! I waited an additional 15mins until I got out of the car to get my food. A gentleman behind the counter said “oh sorry here is your order”. I got back to my car starving, ripped it open just to find that the bread was completely soggy and falling apart from sitting around so long. I kindly went in and asked for them to remake it. The girl behind the counter kindly said no problem. But when I received more order again, there was absolutely no oil and vinegar as “the Mikes way”. This is not awful, just extremely frustrating!!! I order from the location by my job and never have an issue! I won’t be going back to the Oceanside location.

I loved loved loved my first time going to Jersey Mike’s. As soon as I walked, in the employees had a smile on their faces 😊. I ordered the Ham Provolone and asked for pickles ! She added more pickles than I expected and was not greedy with the food as how other fast foods are. I recommend asking Joselyn for sub suggestionss, she was very nice as well as the rest of the employees, and I can’t wait to be served by her again. There brownies are to die for crispy on the top, the middle part is so soft, and the bottom is cake 😆. I 100% will be coming back and is now my favorite fast food place. Ouu and they give you points online for rewards and you can use them to save money 🥳

This location needs a serious cleaning. They’re cutting bread on the counters without anything on it. Can seriously harm someone if they’re allergic. The meat slicer and counters were so dirty. Unfortunately I decided to cancel the order and just walk away.

I guess they are really not that much better than subway. They are expensive like many of the fast food places. This makes getting a reasonable lunch unaffordable.

I usually like Jersey Mike’s, but the Lynbrook location really let me down. I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged — even though one of the employees clearly saw me standing there. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. That’s just not how you treat customers.
When I finally got my food, the bread was stale and rock hard, which made the whole sandwich pretty unpleasant. If you’re going to make people wait, at least serve something fresh.
Customer service needs a serious improvement here. A little acknowledgment and better attention to food quality would go a long way. Not sure I’ll be coming back to this location.
So i tried your Oceanside new York store again after staying away since my orders have always been disgusting, Well i can say nothing has change I would prefer to go to subway and eat that garbage thank using Jersey mike . The bread was hard as a rock and stale there were little or no meat on our sandwiches and it taste horrible. You have convince me to go back to my deli for quality food as you don't have any. Horrible place horrible people and food.

Ordered an Italian sub last night ( 2.8.2025) three hours later I was violently ill. Was a loooong night. Tried calling the store all morning to warn management ahead of what I’m sure will be a busy Sunday for the Super Bowl, no answer , no voicemail.

I was in the Oceanside location with my sister. The customer service at this place for the first time was horrible the gentleman's that were there helping did not acknowledge us until they decided to do it, me and my sister stood there and I didn't want to be rude and say anything, but really they have to work in there customer service specially this gentleman that were there tonight. I'm not happy at all with my sandwich. Other time I been there everything went smoothly and I was happy with my food.
