I was in the Oceanside location with my sister. The customer service at this place for the first time was horrible the gentleman's that were there helping did not acknowledge us until they decided to do it, me and my sister stood there and I didn't want to be rude and say anything, but really they have to work in there customer service specially this gentleman that were there tonight. I'm not happy at all with my sandwich. Other time I been there everything went smoothly and I was happy with my food.

The blonde lady who happens to be the manager always makes my sandwich great. I get the gluten free giant and she makes sure to heat it up as it's the only way for it to be decent imo. Her customer service is also on point. Thank you and will be back

I found a hair in my food. I would’ve provided the photo but I was so disgusted I threw the rest of the sandwich away really upset my night and I had to find something else to eat.
This is the only Jersey Mike’s we’ve been to, but we’ve gotten food from this location a few times and it’s always been great. A little pricey, but the sandwiches are awesome — both hot and cold options.

Place closes early all the time. No reason why if you close at 9 the doors are locked and light off at 8:15. Change the time if you wanna close early instead of wasting my time

I’m not sure what happened today behind the counter but I ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up…They switched up the directions on each sandwich AND did not follow either request. (I would slightly understand if it was a large ordered and the place was busy, but it was only 2 sandwiches, and when I got there it was not busy)I also gave these employees a tip.. you would think for the extra money there would be more consideration. Really annoying
